Abstract: A blue phase liquid crystal display panel and a liquid crystal display device are disclosed, including a first and a second substrates disposed at an interval and parallel. Blue phase liquid crystal is disposed between the first and second substrates. The first substrate includes a first base. The second substrate includes a second base. The blue phase liquid crystal display panel includes a transmissive display region having multiple first base platforms, multiple first electrodes, each of which is disposed on each of the first base platform, and second electrodes disposed on the first base and the second base. A reflective display region has fourth electrodes only disposed on the second base. The first substrate is provided with a reflective layer corresponding to the reflective display region. When light passes through the transmissive display region and the reflective display region, phase delays of the light in the two regions are identical.

Abstract: An organic light emitting touch display screen comprises an OLED display layer and a driving module. OLED display layer is layer-stacked with a cathode layer connected to the driving module. Cathode layer comprises inductive electrodes and touch control driving electrodes which are insulated and separated. In a display stage of the screen, the driving module applies display driving voltage on the cathode layer to accomplish a display function of the screen with cathode layer. In a touch stage of the screen, the driving module applies touch control voltage on said cathode layer to accomplish a touch control function of the inductive electrodes and the touch control driving electrodes. A fabricating method for an organic light emitting touch display screen is further provided.

Abstract: The manufacturing method of oxide thin film transistors (TFTs) includes: providing a substrate and forming an oxide semiconductor active layer on the substrate; depositing an insulation dielectric layer on the active layer; and applying an annealing process to components formed after the insulation dielectric layer is deposited. After depositing the gate insulation layer on the oxide semiconductor active layer, the annealing process is applied to the formed component, which eliminates the difference of the component performance caused by the insulation dielectric layer formed by different film formation processes such that the reproducibility of the film formation processes may be enhanced.

Abstract: The present invention provides an array substrate manufacturing method and an array substrate. The array substrate manufacturing method of the present invention uses an organic photoresist material to form a passivation protection layer (90) for substituting the conventional passivation protection layer that is made of a silicon nitride material and applies one mask to subject the passivation protection layer (90) and a planarization layer (70) to exposure and development so as to obtain a third via (91) that is located above the first drain electrode (62) and a fourth via (92) that is located above the second drain electrode (64) and, thus, compared the prior art techniques, saves one mask and reduces one etching process so as to achieve the purposes of simplifying the manufacturing process and saving manufacturing cost. The array substrate of the present invention has a simple structure and low manufacturing cost and possesses excellent electrical performance.

Abstract: An LCD includes a backlight module, an array substrate, and a color filter layer. The color filter layer includes a first filter unit, a second filter unit and a black matrix unit. A transmittance rate of the second filter unit is larger than that of the first filter unit. The black matrix layer is connected between the first filter unit and second filter unit. The width of the black matrix unit is larger than that of the third black matrix unit. The width of the black matrix unit facing the first filter unit is larger than that of the black matrix unit facing the second filter unit. This kind of asymmetrical black matrix layer not only best prevents lowering the pixel aperture ratio, but also improves color shift of images when light goes through pixels of low transmittance as pixels of high transmittance are turned off.

The thin film encapsulation layer includes a patterned the high thermal conductivity layer and the high thermal conductivity layer is provided with a plurality of openings formed therein to correspond, in a one to one manner, to a plurality of sub-pixel areas of the OLED substrate so as to prevent the high thermal conductivity layer from absorbing light and also help eliminate the constraint that a top emission device is only allowed to use a material having a high transmission rate, thereby allowing for effective transfer of heat generated during an operation of an OLED device without deteriorating light emission efficiency of the device, reducing thermal decomposition of a material of the OLED device, and ensuring the device possesses sufficiency capability of blocking external moisture and oxygen to thus extend the service life of the device.
