Abstract: Provided is a photosensitive material and a photodetector including the same. According to the present invention, the photodetector may include a photoactive layer having a photocurrent density of at most about 10−6 A/cm2 under a first incidence condition, and having a photocurrent density of at least about 10−4 A/cm2 under a second incidence condition. The wavelength of light under the second incidence condition is the same as the wavelength of light under the first incidence condition, and the intensity of light under the second incidence condition may be greater than the intensity of light under the first incidence condition.

In addition, a capacitor-less memory device includes at least one semiconductor layer including a double PN junction, a control gate which contacts the semiconductor layer, and an anode and a cathode which simultaneously contact the semiconductor layer, wherein a junction between the semiconductor layer and the anode is a Schottky junction, and a junction between the semiconductor layer and the cathode is an Ohmic junction. Methods of operating the memory device and the capacitor-less memory device are also disclosed.

Abstract: An image display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a display panel, a touch sensor structure and an antenna electrode layer. The display panel includes a panel substrate, and an electrode structure and an insulation structure stacked on the panel substrate. The touch sensor structure is disposed on the display panel. The antenna electrode layer is disposed on the display panel at the same level as that of the touch sensor structure and at least partially overlaps the electrode structure of the display panel in a thickness direction. The antennal electrode layer is disposed in consideration of an electrode construction of the display panel and the touch sensor structure to provide a thin-layered image display device with high reliability.

Abstract: An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing. The housing includes a first plate that is directed outward in a first direction, a second plate that is directed outward in a second direction opposite to the first direction, and a side member that surrounds a space between the first and second plates. The electronic device further includes a first antenna structure located in the space, wherein the first antenna structure includes a first conductive structure including a first conductive layer, which is substantially parallel to the second plate and includes a first edge extending in a third direction perpendicular to the first direction and a first notch portion disposed at the first edge, and a first conductive wall, which is substantially perpendicular to the first conductive layer and includes a second notch portion extending from the first edge and connected to the first notch portion. The electronic device further includes a second conductive structure located in the first notch portion and electrically isolated from the first conductive structure; and a third conductive structure located between the first conductive layer and the first plate and electrically isolated from the first conductive structure and the second conductive structure. The third conductive structure includes a second conductive layer facing the first conductive layer and having a quadrilateral shape, the second conductive layer including a second edge extending parallel to the first edge, a third edge extending perpendicular to the second edge, a fourth edge extending parallel to the third edge, and a fifth edge extending parallel to the second edge, wherein a distance to the fifth edge from the first conductive wall is shorter than a distance to the second edge from the first conductive wall, a second conductive wall facing the first conductive wall and extending from the second edge, a third conductive wall connected to the third edge and the second conductive wall and perpendicular to the second conductive layer and the second conductive wall, and a fourth conductive wall connected to the fourth edge and the second conductive wall and perpendicular to the second conductive layer and the second conductive wall. The electronic device further includes a wireless communication circuit electrically connected to the second conductive structure and configured to transmit or receive a signal having a frequency of 3 GHz to 100 GHz.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for increasing the blood-brain barrier permeability, and more particularly, to a method for increasing the blood-brain barrier permeability, the method including: (S1) a step of delivering a nanogenerator carrying a nitric oxide (NO) donor to a site adjacent to the blood-brain barrier; (S2) a step of delivering a first triggering stimulus to an area where the nanogenerator has been delivered so as to release nitric oxide from the nanogenerator; and (S3) a step of allowing the released nitric oxide to activate matrix metallopeptidase-9 (MMP-9) and inducing the activated MMP-9 to weaken the tight junction between a cerebrovascular endothelial cell and another cerebrovascular endothelial cell.

Abstract: An early earthquake detection method may comprise acquiring a frame image from a camera; acquiring a vibration signal from the frame image; removing a noise signal due to vibration of the camera from the vibration signal; acquiring a motion signal obtained by magnifying subtle motions from the noise signal-removed vibration signal; extracting vibration characteristics from the motion signal; estimating an occurrence of an earthquake by extracting a peak signal from the vibration characteristics; and determining whether an earthquake occurs by receiving earthquake estimation information from at least one other camera located within a certain range.
