    Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to detecting maximum permissible exposure (MPE) events and/or reporting the MPE event, related metrics, associated requests for beam switching or new time division duplexing (TDD) patterns, etc. In an aspect, a MPE event can be detected on at least one component carrier (CC) of multiple CCs configured with a first cell in inter-band carrier aggregation (CA), and one of a MPE report or a beam switching request can be transmitted to a second cell on a different CC of the multiple CCs. In another aspect, the cell can detect the MPE and can transmit, to the device, a beam switching command to switch to a new beam for uplink communications. In another aspect, the cell can transmitting, to another cell having another CC of the multiple CCs configured with the device, an indication to perform beam switching for the device.

    Abstract: A victim user equipment (UE) may experience cross-link interference (CLI) from transmissions from an aggressor UE. The present disclosure provides for configuration of a CLI report that accurately characterizes the CLI experienced by the victim UE for different beams. A base station may transmit to the victim UE, a configuration for CLI reporting associated with a plurality of measurement resources, the configuration identifying a quasi-co-location (QCL) information associated with each measurement resource. The victim UE may measure interference metrics on the plurality of measurement resources based on the configuration for CLI reporting and the QCL information associated with each measurement resource. The victim UE may transmit a CLI report to the base station, the CLI report including a subset of the interference metrics associated with reported measurement resources and identifying the QCL information associated with the reported measurement resources.

    Abstract: A UE may identify, during a first DRX ON period immediately preceding an existing DRX OFF period, that a first condition is met. The UE may transmit, to a network node, and the network node may receive, from the UE, a request to extend the first DRX ON period based on the first condition being met. The network node may transmit, to the UE, and the UE may receive, from the network node, an indication of approval of the request to extend the first DRX ON period. The UE and the network node may delay a beginning of the existing DRX OFF period by a first time period based on the approval of the request to extend the first DRX ON period.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may communicating a first uplink message using a first uplink carrier and a first timing advance (TA) value associated with a first transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state and a second uplink message using a second uplink carrier and a second TA value associated with a second TCI state for the UE. The UE may receive a timing advance group (TAG) configuration which indicates a TA value to apply for a supplementary uplink (SUL) carrier of the serving cell, which is one of the first TA or second TA values. The UE may then transmit a SUL message using the SUL carrier of the serving cell in accordance with the TA value determined for the SUL carrier based on the TAG configuration for the UE.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for one or more wireless devices to gain access to a wireless channel of a radio frequency spectrum band. In some aspects, a recurring coordinated medium interval is defined in the time domain and associated with the wireless channel. The coordinated medium interval includes a first time period, which may be referred to as a common reservation window, and a second time period, which may be referred to as a scheduled medium access window. During the first time period, access points (APs) attempting to gain access to the wireless channel may transmit reservation signals to reserve one or more scheduled service periods within the second time period of the same coordinated medium interval. The scheduled service periods reserved by an individual AP may be used for UL/DL communications between that AP and its associated stations (STAs).

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for sharing machine learning models and an indication of transmission and reception points (TRPs) for which the machine learning models are applicable between wireless nodes such as user equipments (UEs) and base stations (BSs). For example, a UE receives an indication of one or more machine learning models associated with at least one TRP of one or more TRPs from a BS. The UE then uses the at least one of the one or more machine learning models for applications related to the at least one TRP. The applications may include a channel state information (CSI) compression, a cross frequency channel prediction, and a beam selection.
