    Abstract: A pseudo-complementary logic network according to this embodiment includes a first logic stage including a first pull-up circuit of an N-type transistor and a first pull-down circuit and a second logic stage including a second pull-up circuit and a second pull-down circuit of an N-type transistor, wherein an output signal of the second logic stage is provided as an input of the first pull-down circuit, and the first pull-up circuit includes the second pull-down circuit.

    Abstract: A measuring device may include: a signal generator for generating a test signal; and a measurement control unit that inputs the generated test signal to a radio frequency (RF) chain including at least one circuit element, detects output signals of a first diode, a second diode, and a third diode which receive, as input signals, signals generated on the basis of a coupled signal for an input test signal of a circuit element of the at least one circuit element and a coupled signal for an output test signal of the circuit element, and measures an S-parameter for the circuit element on the basis of a component signal of the third frequency in the output signal of the first diode, a component signal of the third frequency in the output signal of the third diode, and the output signal of the second diode.

    Abstract: Provided is a method of transmitting security information of a single-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) wiretap channel. In the method of transmitting the security information of the single-bit ADC channel, a transmitting terminal adds additive noise to a transmission signal and transmits the transmission signal, and a receiving terminal and a wiretap terminal which each include a single-bit ADC receive the transmission signal, wherein received information is processed so as not to be determined by the wiretap terminal. When intensity of additive noise of the receiving terminal is less than that of additive noise of the wiretap terminal, a binary phase-shift keying (BPSK) distribution is used, and when the intensity of the additive noise of the receiving terminal is greater than that of the additive noise of the wiretap terminal, a codebook is designed using an asymmetric BPSK distribution in which both of two message points have a positive value.

    Abstract: A virtual network management-specific machine learning-based VNF anomaly detection system may comprise: a data collection unit configured to collect normal state data generated when a service is normally provided and abnormal state data generated through a fault injection method through a monitoring agent and a monitoring module in real time, store the collected data in a time-series database, and transmit the monitoring data to determine whether there is an abnormal state; and a data analysis unit configured to extract a feature necessary for detecting an abnormal state by pre-processing monitoring data received from the data collection unit and send data on the extracted data to an abnormal-state detection model so that the abnormal-state detection model analyzes data that is input in real time to determine whether there is an abnormal state and notifies a network manager when an abnormal state occurs.

    Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for measuring pH in single cells, and a method of manufacturing a nanoprobe therefor. The apparatus for measuring pH in a single cell comprises: a nanoprobe formed by labeling a pH-responsive fluorescent material to a nanowire grown on a tapered tip of an optical fiber; a manipulator capable of regulating a three-dimensional movement of the nanoprobe to insert the nanoprobe into a single living cell; a light source for applying light to the optical fiber; an optical coupler for connecting the optical fiber with another optical fiber to transmit the light incident through the optical fiber to the nanoprobe and to transmit a fluorescence signal obtained from the nanoprobe through the another optical fiber; and a spectrometer for obtaining a pH value by receiving the fluorescence signal through the another optical fiber and analyzing spectral data from the fluorescence signal.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides an electronic device comprising an antenna module and a wireless communication circuit. The antenna module comprises: a printed circuit board comprising a first surface extending in a first direction and a second surface extending in a second direction opposite the first direction; a first area comprising a first antenna array; a second area comprising a second antenna array and at least partially overlapping the first area; a third area comprising a third antenna array and not overlapping the first area; a fourth area comprising a fourth antenna array and at least partially overlapping the third area; and a ground layer. The wireless communication circuit is electrically connected to the plurality of antenna arrays and transmits and/or receives a signal having a frequency in a range of about 3 GHz to 100 GHz.
