    摘要: A carrier frequency communication transmission system has a premodulation band above the transmission position of the base primary group of 60-108 kHz and utilizes mechanical filters as channel filters and also a common group filter in order to filter out the primary group band. Bending resonators having longitudinal coupling are utilized as the mechanical filters. The frequency range of the premodulation band at its lower limit is determined by a frequency spacing of at least 4 kHz from the upper band limit of the primary group band and the upper limit of the frequency range is determined in that the interfering natural oscillations, inasmuch as they occur in the lower stop band of the channel filter, lie at least 12 kHz below the lower limit of the primary group band. Highly stabilized piezo ceramics is used as the electromechanical transducer material.

The filter includes a plurality of mechanical resonators arranged substantially parallel to each other in one plane and mechanical couplers of longitudinal resonance characteristics which are disposed substantially transverse to the plurality of resonators for coupling the resonators together. The couplers have lengths which are between the first and second, and second and third oscillation modes of the longitudinal resonance characteristics. By virtue of the above structure, the couplers can be formed in a single mechanical coupling wire.

    摘要: A container for a mechanical filter is provided in which the internal pressure is reduced to prevent propagation in the air of sound waves to thereby prevent deterioration of the filter characteristics. A recess with an aperture therethrough is formed in one of the walls of a metal casing which constitutes the container. Further, an adhesive tape-like member is disposed on the surface of the recess in such a manner as to cover the aperture. After the casing has been evacuated through the aperture, hermetic sealing means is provided on the adhesive tape-like member within the recess.

    摘要: Electromechanical filters of the type having a plurality of resonators coupled to each other by couplers which make it possible to provide a transmission frequency characteristic with finite-attenuation poles are disclosed. The filters have a first resonator disposed on the input side and a second resonator disposed on the output side of the filter. A plurality of third resonators, at least two in number, are disposed between the first and second resonators. The third resonators are coupled mechanically in parallel to the first and second resonators by a plurality of couplers so that one of the first and second resonators is in reverse phase relationship with one of the third resonators. Also, the coupling coefficients between the couplers differ from each other.

    摘要: In a mechanical filter, a pair of transducer elements of truncated circular cross-section are disposed at the input and output sides respectively, and they are mechanically connected in cascade to each other by means of a coupler member. The areas of the truncated cross-section of the transducer elements are made different from each other. Between said pair of transducer elements may be provided one or more resonator elements each provided with a recess and connected to each other and to said transducer elements by said coupler member. Each of the transducers and resonators are mounted on a mount base plate by means of a bent wire-like support member having a pair of legs. The foregoing mechanical filter is accommodated in a container which is pressure-reduced and hermetically sealed.

    摘要: Mechanical filters composed of mechanical resonators previously individually trimmed to design resonance frequencies, which are coupled to each other in succession by mechanical coupling elements, are subjected to trimming after assembly as determined by measurement of the coupled oscillations of the completed filter. This measurement is carried out under control of a computer appropriately linked by other equipment to the filter transducers. The computer identifies the frequencies of coupled oscillations and their differences from design values, and calculates the variation from design values of one or more elements of the corresponding filter matrix. By these values the computer develops settings for a trimming device for successively trimming elements of the filter such as resonators, or coupling elements, or both. In the most simplified arrangement and method, only variations of the null condition of one matrix element are considered, and the derived corrections are applied in equal parts to each of symmetrically disposed paired coupling elements.
