摘要: The crane includes a swing brake device installed between a hydraulic motor and a control valve and having a flow restrictor; a first backpressure detector detecting a motor backpressure between the flow restrictor and one of ports of the hydraulic motor; a second backpressure detector detecting a motor backpressure between the flow restrictor and the other port of the hydraulic motor; and a control device. The control device has an external-force direction estimation unit that estimates a swing direction of an upperstructure under an external force acting on the upperstructure on the basis of a motor backpressure detected by the first backpuressure detector and a motor backpressure detected by the second backpressure during an operating state of the swing brake device. The control device has a notification control unit that causes the notification device to provide notification of the estimated swing direction of the upperstructure.

摘要: A system and method for machinery performing work with hydraulic actuators. Radial hydraulic pumps are aligned end-to-end along a common driveshaft axis to form a multi-pump assembly having a plurality of piston/cylinder units extending in a radial direction. Two or more piston/cylinder units are associated with one another to form multiple piston/cylinder groups. A plurality of control valves combines individual output flows from the two or more associated piston/cylinder units into respective common output flows for each respective piston/cylinder group. A plurality of flow control devices varies the common output flow from each respective piston/cylinder group by throttling inlet flow to the two or more associated piston/cylinder units in each respective piston/cylinder group. Each respective common output flow is directed from each respective piston/cylinder group to a hydraulic actuator on the heavy machinery to control its direction of movement.

摘要: The present application relates to a crane hydraulic system and a controlling method of the system, wherein the crane hydraulic system includes a load sensing subsystem, and the subsystem includes a variable pump, a variable pump oil inlet line, a load feedback line, an oil return line and a pressure compensator; the pressure compensator is provided with an oil inlet, an oil outlet, a first control oil port, a second control oil port and a control spring; the oil inlet communicates with the variable pump oil inlet line, the oil outlet communicates with the oil return line, the first control oil port communicates with the load feedback line, and the second control oil port also communicates with the variable pump oil inlet line; and wherein the control spring and the first control oil port are located on the same end of the pressure compensator, and a set pressure of the control spring is greater than a pressure difference of the variable pump. According to the present application, since the load sensing subsystem is arranged, at the start and stop moments of a winch system, the pressure compensator can be opened, and the variable pump oil inlet line communicates with the oil return line to realize pressure relief, so as to reduce the pressure impact.

The hydrostatic circuit configured to control (a) an actual speed of the first swing motor when the final pump displacement command results from a requested swing motor speed and (b) a torque of the first swing motor when the final pump displacement command results from a requested swing motor torque.

The plunger pump moves in a stroke direction along with a piston and a power transmission section, and the plunger is pushed into the pump cylinder by receiving a reaction force opposite to reciprocating forces of the piston and the power transmission section.
