摘要: A method for producing an aqueous copolymer solution, which comprises dissolving a copolymer of (meth)acrylamide and at least 1 mol-% cationic monomers, calculated from total amount of monomers in the dissolving water having calcium hardness of at least mg/l, expressed as Ca2+, and adding acid comprising monoprotic organic acid and/or mineral acid to the dissolving water and/or the aqueous solution of the copolymer in an amount sufficient to provide the aqueous solution of the copolymer with a pH of equal to or less than 4.5. The invention also relates to uses of the obtained polymer solutions in manufacturing of paper, board or the like or in treatment of sludge or water.

摘要: A porous biological polymerizing agent for sediment dewatering in environmental dredging of rivers and lakes is disclosed, which is obtained by thoroughly mixing 50 wt % to 70 wt % of an agent A and 30 wt % to 50 wt % of an agent B into irregular spheres of 1 mm to 3 mm, and crushing the irregular spheres into solid particles with a particle size of ≤20 mesh, and the solid particles have a pH of 5.0 to 6.0. The agent A is obtained by thoroughly mixing 10 wt % to 30 wt % of cellulose, 20 wt % to 50 wt % of starch, and 20 wt % to 40 wt % of amino acid; and the agent B is obtained by thoroughly mixing 40 wt % to 70 wt % of saccharifying enzyme (SE) and 30 wt % to 60 wt % of citric acid.

摘要: A drilling mud treatment unit (100) comprises a primary duct (10) for feeding coagulated drilling mud, an in-line flocculation system (20) for flocculating the coagulated drilling mud flowing in the primary duct (10), and at least one hydrocyclone (30) fed by the primary duct (10) and arranged downstream from the flocculation system (20). The hydrocyclone (30) has an overflow orifice (32) for receiving a liquid product resulting from treatment of the drilling mud and an underflow orifice (34) for receiving a solid product resulting from treatment of the drilling mud. The overflow orifice (32) presents an overflow diameter (Do) and the underflow orifice presents an underflow diameter (Du), and the underflow diameter (Du) is greater than 1.1 times the overflow diameter (Do).

摘要: Provided herein are liquid polymer (LP) compositions comprising an acrylamide (co)polymer, as well as methods for preparing inverted polymer solutions by inverting these LP compositions in an aqueous fluid. The resulting inverted polymer solutions can have a concentration of acrylamide (co)polymer of from about 50 to about 15,000 ppm, and a filter ratio of 1.5 or less at 15 psi using a 1.2 μm filter. Also provided are methods of using these inverted polymer solutions in dewatering, clarification, flocculation and/or thickening applications, and the like.

摘要: This invention refers to a method for preparing a chemical digester characterized by using organic and inorganic elements used for multiple purposes such as an accelerator in the decomposition of organic matter, as a water flocculant, as an organic soil fertilizer and as a means to eliminate the concentration of flies and other inserts in organic matter to decompose. The method comprises heating water in a reactor at a temperature of 38° C., adding a polysaccharide, an anti-thickener and an antifoam. The method then comprises the addition of two organic acids, one of them previously mixed in a second reactor and, finally, an inorganic acid until the mixture is homogenized. Optionally the method comprises the packaging of the mixture and the treatment of organic matter.

摘要: The present invention relates to a method of dewatering an aqueous mineral suspension comprising introducing into the suspension a flocculating system comprising a mixture of polyethylene oxide polymers, in particular a mixture of one or more high molecular weight polyethylene oxide polymer and one or more ultra high molecular weight polyethylene oxide polymer. Said mixture of polyethylene oxide polymers is useful for the treatment of suspensions of particulate material, especially waste mineral slurries. The invention is particularly suitable for the treatment of tailings and other waste material resulting from mineral processing, in particular, the processing of oil sands tailings.

摘要: This combined dehydration device continuously supplies primarily dehydrated sludge to a sludge supply part, the combined dehydration device including: a multiple rotary disk-type solid-liquid separation device and an electroosmosis dehydration device. In the multiple rotary disk-type solid-liquid separation device, a plurality of rotary shafts in which a plurality of rotary disks are fitted and mounted are arranged from the upstream side toward the downstream side and pivotally supported; while the rotary disks are rotated, water to be treated including sludge is supplied from over the rotary disks at the upstream side and is subjected to a primary dehydration treatment; and first dehydrated sludge on the rotary disks is fed and discharged from a sludge discharge part located at the most downstream portion of the rotary disks. In the electroosmosis dehydration device, a sludge supply part is provided at the upstream side of an endless filtration fabric spread between rollers.
