摘要: Systems and methods use cameras to provide autonomous and/or driver-assist navigation features. In some implementations, techniques for predicting the location of first roadway lane constraints are provided. The system may receive multiple images of a roadway in a vicinity of a vehicle, recognize a first roadway lane constraint, and, when lane prediction conditions are determined to be satisfied, predict a location of a second roadway lane constraint. In some implementations, techniques for detecting and responding to construction zones are provided. The system may receive multiple images of a roadway in a vicinity of a vehicle, recognize indicators of a construction zone in the images, determine that the vehicle is proximate to a construction zone, and output a signal indicating that the vehicle is proximate to a construction zone.

The system further includes a controller causing a rotation of the rotary element relative to the base to be constrained in a first rotational movement mode that is biased toward a center position. The controller further interprets a first instantaneous position of the rotary element as a trailer control commanding position and outputs a vehicle steering command based thereon.

摘要: A smart steering control system a paving or texturing machine receives path elements corresponding to current and future positions of the machine. By comparing the current and future elements, an expected completion time is derived for exiting the current position and entering the future position; the smart steering control system synchronizes adjustments of the machine's steerable tracks from the current path to the future path. The smart steering control system functions as a virtual tie rod, preventing damage, enhancing the traction control and pulling power of the machine, and preserving the operating life of its components.

摘要: Disclosed devices, systems, and methods allow an operator to maintain the speed of a vehicle's propulsion devices at selected speeds, and allow the operator to make adjustments to the selected speeds during or prior to operation of the vehicle. Disclosed embodiments can comprise adjustable limiters that are coupled to the control portion of the vehicle adjacent to or on the speed control levers. This allows the operator to hold the levers against a new limiting surface to keep the vehicle moving at a speed that is less than full speed with minimal aberration and less effort needed by the operator. The device can be adjustable to a range of positions corresponding to different speeds. The devices can also be selectively pivoted or moved out of the way of the speed control levers at any time to allow the levers to have their full range of motion.

摘要: A method of controlling a vehicle during a braking operation includes providing a first and a second brake actuator, a brake input device, a steer input device, and a cross-drive transmission having two outputs and a controller. The method includes detecting a first output speed at the first output and a second output speed at the second output, and receiving a brake input request and a steer input request. The method also includes determining a differential output speed based on the first output speed and the second output speed, and comparing the differential output speed to a first threshold, the brake input request to a second threshold, and the steer input request to a third threshold. The method includes determining the first or the second output is locked during the braking operation, and controlling the first or the second brake actuator based on which output is determined to be locked.

The steering torque is obtained by reducing a steering torque in magnitude by a predetermined value. The phase-control angle is used to convert a current command value to a value of a fixed coordinate system, for example. Using a guard value, a guard processing circuit performs a guard process on a current command value set by a command value setting circuit, so that the current command value becomes the current command value. The guard value is used to determine an appropriate range for a variation in the current command value in accordance with an amount by which the steering torque exceeds in magnitude the target torque.
