    Abstract: A kitchen waste processor includes a base including a basket which has a heater located therein. A driver rotates the basket which is pivotably supported by a support. A container is located in the basket and protrudes beyond the open top of the basket. A cover has a hole defined centrally therethrough, and a seal is located within the hole. A vacuum suction pipe or a blade shaft extends through the hole. A locking device is located between the container and the cover to seal the cover to the container. The container receives kitchen waste and bacteria therein. The heater heats the container while the container is driven by the driver to spin, so that the kitchen waste in the container is fermented under high temperature to transfer the kitchen waste into fertilizer.

    Abstract: A waste destruction device for sharps, needles and solid waste preferably includes a material intake member, a destruction device and a storage member. The material intake member includes an intake housing and an intake cover. The intake cover pivots from an open to a closed orientation to receive objects to be shredded. At least one microprocessor board is used to control devices of the waste destruction device. The waste destruction device preferably includes a cutter housing, a first cutter member, a second cutter member, a cutter motor and a cutter intake housing. The waste destruction device preferably contains disinfection devices for disinfecting thereof. The storage member preferably includes a storage housing, a container drawer and a waste container. The container drawer is slidably received by the storage housing.

    Abstract: Provided are a shredder assuring greater freedom in designing a feedstock supplier that supplies sheets, and a sheet manufacturing apparatus. The shredder has a feedstock supplier having a supply opening through which a sheet is supplied; and a shredding device configured to shred the sheet supplied from the feedstock supplier. The shredding device includes a rotary cutter that rotates on a first axis, and a circulating cutter that moves in an endless path and cuts the sheet in conjunction with the rotary cutter. The circulating cutter includes a conveyor configured to convey the sheet from the feedstock supplier to the rotary cutter.

    Abstract: A food recycler can include a housing defining an interior and an access opening to the interior. A mixing bin can be located within the interior and can have an inlet and an outlet. The food recycler can further include an output bin, the output bin having an inlet. The outlet of the mixing bin can couple or connect to the inlet of the output bin. The food recycler further has a transfer assembly for transferring food waste from the mixing bin to the output bin. The transfer assembly includes a chute mounted to the housing and operably coupling the first outlet of the mixing bin to the second inlet of the output bin, and at least one vibration damper positioned between the housing and the chute configured to allow flexibility of the chute to vibrate relative to the housing.

    Abstract: The present invention describes a Food Waste Recycling system 10 consisting of four major units, crushing, screw conveyor for squeezing, controlled heating for curing and activated carbon filter for deodorization. The present invention uses slow moving crusher blades 28 powered by a slow rotating motor 26 to crush all types of food waste including bones. This increases the surface area for uniform drying. The same motor can be used to rotate the squeezer 30 placed below the crusher. Output of the squeezing unit is fed to the curing unit; containing the stirrer blades 48 and the heater 32 to get the nutrient rich product that can be used as a soil amendment, animal feed or for gardening purpose. By using this device food waste, kitchen waste, herb residues, fruit and vegetable waste, leaves, meat, cereals and even bones can be recycled. The device has advantages of being simple in structure, easy to operate, cost-effective, energy efficient and have short treatment cycle.

    Abstract: A portable shredder unit includes a lightweight housing with an interior cavity divided into a battery storage cavity and a collection cavity, said housing includes a top opening, two opposite ends, two opposite side walls, and a floor; a removable lid attached to said top opening on said housing; a high capacity electric shredder component configured to shred paper, said shredder component includes at least one feeding slot opening, an electric shredding mechanism, and electric motor and an exit discharge opening said shredder component being oriented on said lid so that said feeding slot opening is exposed when the lid is placed over the top opening of said housing and said exit discharge opening is oriented above and over said collection cavity in said housing so that shredded material exiting the exit discharge opening is deposited into said collection cavity; at least one pair of wheels attached to said housing near one said end; a handle attached to said housing; a GFCI receptacle having a ground wire; a 110 VAC main cable with a male electrical plug attached to one end configured to manually plug into an external 110 VAC female plug, and an opposite end being connected to said GFCI receptacle; at least one 12 VDC rechargeable battery located inside said battery storage cavity; an inverter configured to convert 12 VDC into 110 VAC, said inverter connected to said rechargeable battery to convert 12 VDC current into 110 VAC, said inverter; a control panel or set of switches electrically connected to said shredder, to said inverter and to said GFCI receptacle, said control panel or set of switches are configured to allow an operator to select the source of electricity either from said GFCI receptacle when said main cable is connected to an external 110 VAC female plug or from said inverter when connected to said rechargeable battery; and a ground roller ball attached to the floor of the housing and configured to contact a surface under the housing when the portable shredding unit is placed onto the surface said ground roller ball electrically connected to the ground wire of said GFCI receptacle.
