摘要: An electronic device powered by a solar panel and a rechargeable battery. The electronic device prevents unnecessary charging and discharging of the rechargeable battery by disconnecting the rechargeable battery when the rechargeable battery is fully charged. The electronic device detects and reports a defective rechargeable battery by powering the electronic device off of the solar panel. The electronic device detects and handles brownout conditions when powered by the solar panel by re-connecting the rechargeable battery.

摘要: A distributed power harvesting system including multiple direct current (DC) power sources with respective DC outputs adapted for interconnection into an interconnected DC power source output. A converter includes input terminals adapted for coupling to the interconnected DC power source output. A circuit loop sets the voltage and current at the input terminals of the converter according to predetermined criteria. A power conversion portion converts the power received at the input terminals to an output power at the output terminals. A power supplier is coupled to the output terminals. The power supplier includes a control part for maintaining the input to the power supplier at a predetermined value. The control part maintains the input voltage and/or input current to the power supplier at a predetermined value.

摘要: A solar charging system mounted on a vehicle, comprising: a power generation module using a solar panel; an auxiliary battery storing electric power generated by the power generation module; an auxiliary load supplied with electric power from the auxiliary battery; a drive battery used for driving the vehicle; and a control unit provided between the drive battery and the auxiliary machine battery to control power transfer between both batteries, wherein when there is no electric current flowing into the auxiliary battery, the control unit supplies electric power other than electric power consumed by the auxiliary load to the drive battery among the electric power generated by the power generation module.

摘要: The present invention relates to resiliency in photovoltaically produced power generation and utilization. This invention comprises a system of elements that combine to minimize the cost and complexity of a backup-capable solar power system. An element of this system is a prior-art balancer-based photovoltaic panel power optimizer whose power electronics are time-shared to allow an array of battery modules to power or provide supplemental or surge power to an inverter. Further elements of the system provide for rapid and low-cost installation, reliability, and easy and safe maintenance.

摘要: A self-powered wireless keyboard by modifying the structure of a traditional membrane keyboard having a volcanic crater structure. Not damaging the original membrane keyboard structure, a micro magnet core is installed inside a cylindrical protrusion block under the key cap as a mover of the induction power generation device, and an induction coil is wound in a key slot of the keyboard base as the stator of the induction power generation device. In this way, when each key is pressed, it will produce induction current. A layer of flexible solar cell can be laid on the upper surface of the key, which can generate electricity by collecting the light energy in the surrounding environment during the time of daily illumination.

The system further includes a DC bus shared by a plurality of loads and an energy management system connected between the battery system and the plurality of loads. The energy management system is configured to selectively connect individual ones of the plurality of batteries to at least one of the plurality of loads via the DC bus, selectively connect the battery system to the power grid and disconnect the battery system from the power grid, and selectively connect at least one of the plurality of loads directly to the power grid.

摘要: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for electric vehicle charging management. In one example, a method includes: building a graph representing an electrical topology of the electric vehicle charging facility and producing an updated graph by updating a state of the one or more network nodes based on electric current or power flow through the one or more passive electric components and updating a state of the one or more component nodes based on electric current or power produced or consumed by the one or more active electric components. The method further includes receiving a selected control strategy for the electric vehicle charging facility and adjusting an electric current or a power draw of an electric vehicle charging station in the electric vehicle charging facility based on the updated graph and the selected control strategy.
