    摘要: A gasification system for the oxidation of a carbonaceous feedstock to provide a synthesis gas comprising: a reactor chamber for oxidizing the carbonaceous feedstock; a quench section for holding a bath of liquid coolant; an intermediate section having a reactor outlet opening through which the synthesis gas is conducted from the reactor chamber into the bath of the quench section; at least one layer of refractory bricks arranged on the reactor chamber floor, the lower end section of the refractory brick enclosing the reactor outlet opening and defining the inner diameter thereof; the intermediate section including a number of halved tubes for liquid coolant arranged onto at least part of the reactor chamber floor on a side thereof opposite to the lower end section of the refractory bricks; and a pump system for circulating the liquid coolant through the halved tubes on the reactor chamber floor.

    摘要: A process for the gasification of wet biomass. The process comprises heating wet biomass at a pressure in the range of from 22.1 MPa to 35 MPa. The wet biomass is heated from a temperature of at most T1 to a temperature of at least T2 by heat exchange with a first heating fluid. The gasification product is further heated. The further heated gasification product is used as the first heating fluid, upon which the further heated gasification product is cooled down from a temperature of at least T3 to a temperature of at most T4. The temperatures T1, T2, T3 and T4 can be calculated by using certain mathematical formulae. Also claimed: a reaction apparatus for the gasification of wet biomass.

    摘要: A method for pressurized pyrolysis of biomass in a pressurized pyrolysis furnace, including: 1) crushing and screening biomass; collecting biomass having desired particle sizes; and delivering the biomass having desired particle sizes to a pulse-type feeding system; 2) transporting the biomass to a pyrolysis furnace via the pulse-type feeding system; synchronously initiating microwave and a plasma torch, the microwave producing a microwave field in the pyrolysis furnace, working gas of the plasma torch being ionized for the first time to produce plasma jet entering the pyrolysis furnace; and 3) allowing the syngas generated in 2) to continue moving upwards and introducing the syngas out from the top of the pyrolysis furnace; chilling the syngas; introducing the syngas to a cyclone separator to separate residues; and then cooling and purifying the syngas using a cooling device and a purifying device, respectively, to produce clean syngas.

    摘要: A system includes a quench system that may cool a syngas generated in a gasification chamber. The quench system includes a quench chamber, a dip tube that may direct the syngas from the gasification chamber into a quench liquid to cool the syngas to generate a cooled syngas, a draft tube disposed circumferentially about the dip tube and that may receive the cooled syngas in a first direction. A first passage is disposed between a first wall of the dip tube and a second wall of the draft tube. The system also includes a first baffle that may receive the cooled syngas from the first passage. The first baffle may split a flow of the cooled syngas into a first syngas flow and a second syngas flow, and the first baffle may redirect the first syngas flow in a second direction different from the first direction.

    摘要: A carbonaceous substance powder gasification system and gasification method. The system comprises a carbonaceous substance reaction apparatus and a gas return apparatus used for raising the pressure of some of a raw syngas cooled and preliminarily purified downstream of the reaction apparatus, then blending with high-temperature raw syngas upstream of the reaction apparatus and reducing the temperature. The method comprises reacting in a gasification reaction apparatus the carbonaceous substance and a gasification agent to generate raw syngas and ash and slag, some of the high-temperature raw syngas moving downstream with fly ash and liquid slag, and some of the high-temperature syngas moving upstream with fly ash; the downstream part of the high-temperature raw syngas being cooled, preliminarily purified and deslagged, then pressurized, and the wet raw syngas being injected into the system and blended with the upstream high-temperature raw syngas; the remainder of the high-temperature syngas moving upstream with fly ash and blending and cooling with the low-temperature wet syngas injected by the preliminary cooler, and optionally being entered into the cooling reaction stage; the cooled or cooling-reacted raw syngas continuing upstream, passing through the upper cooling stage and cooling again and ash being removed to obtain the raw syngas.

    摘要: Methods, systems, and apparatus for cooling hot product gas are provided. The method includes introducing cooled solid into a downward or upward contactor where heat transfer between solid and product gas. After separating solid and product gas in cyclone system, cooled product gas flows to process downstream and hot solid is introduced into a fluidized bed solid cooler from the cyclone dipleg. The hot solid flows through the shell side of the fluidized bed cooler and exchanger heat with the coolant in the tube side. The cooled solid flows through a mechanical or non-mechanical valve back into the downward/upward contactor and complete the cycle.
