    摘要： A product dispensing system includes a hopper, a housing defining an outlet lumen in communication with the hopper, an exit port, a valve, and a piston. The valve is transitionable between a closed position, wherein the exit port is closed off from the outlet lumen, and an open position, establishing communication between the outlet lumen and the exit port. The piston is movable from a first use position, wherein the piston partially occupies the outlet lumen, to a storage position, wherein the piston fully occupies the outlet lumen to urge any product mixture in the outlet lumen back into the hopper. The piston may further be movable between the first use position and a second use position to draw the product mixture from the hopper into the outlet lumen and to urge the product mixture out of the exit port.

The dosing device is adapted for dispensing in a metered manner a viscous concentrate from a holder. The concentrate in diluted condition forms a beverage suitable for consumption. The dosing device is adapted to be connected, in use, to a storage space of the holder. According to the invention, the dosing device comprises a rotor connection to the housing for rotation around a rotation axis, for causing the rotor to rotate about the rotation axis by means of a changing magnetic field, the rotor being mechanically connected to the pump for driving the pump with the rotation rotor.

    摘要： The dispensing pump is intended for metering pasty products into a group of molding bowls cylically advanced under the dispensing pump. The dispensing pump comprises a plurality of commonly drivable metering piston pumps (2) corresponding in number to the number of bowls disposed in series and in side-by-side relationship, with the pumps being provided with closing and opening elements associated with dispensing nozzles (7). To provide a compact and space-saving configuration with short and rectilinear conveying distances for the feedstock to be metered and thereby to provide favorable cleaning conditions, the dispensing pump is so constructed that the closing and opening elements are disposed in a flat valve block below the metering piston pumps. Feedstock distributor channels for each pump row are provided in the valve block in parallel to rotary slide valves with feedstock carrying channels pivotal by a common drive into the dispensing and metering position. Disposed below the rotary slide valves and the feedstock carrying channels thereof, respectively, is the respective dispensing nozzle in alignment with the respective metering piston pump.

    摘要： A hopper supplies doughy material to a rotary gear pump which may also be supplied with liquid, and the rotary gear pump pumps the supplied material through an outlet. A constantly rotating crank mechanism drives the pump through a driving mechanism including two one-way clutches or free-wheeling devices, arranged to permit rotation in respective opposite directions. One one-way clutch allows driving of the gear pump in only one direction, and the other one-way clutch is interposed between the pump drive shaft and a fixed portion of the device to prevent reverse rotation and backlash of the pump. A connecting rod included in the crank mechanism is connected to a slide which is radially adjustable of a constantly rotating crank disk, and the position of the slide is adjustable by a threaded spindle which is driven, through bevel gearing, by a shaft extending through a tubular drive shaft for the crank disk. A differential gearing is interposed between the tubular shaft and the drive shaft for the threaded spindle, and is adjustable by a manually operable adjusting wheel to set the magnitude of the portions delivered by the pump during each stroke of the crank mechanism.

    摘要： Apparatus for automatically filling fluid into containers includes an actuator for raising and lowering a fluid dispensing needle. The needle is supported for vertical sliding movement. A first end of a pivot arm is engaged with a cam rotated by a motor for rocking the pivot arm. The dispensing needle is also engaged with the pivot arm for being raised or lowered thereby as the pivot arm rocks. The cam, which may be circular and eccentric, may be surrounded by a circular bearing and slidingly received within a yoke at the first end of the pivot arm. The needle is coupled to a pump. A first sensor senses that the needle has been moved to its lowered position. A control circuit responsive to the first sensor prevents the pump from pumping fluid to the needle unless the needle is in its lowered position.
