    摘要: A journal bearing assembly includes a journal shaft configured to be mounted in a pulverizer. The journal shaft has a lower bearing receiving surface proximate a lower end thereof, and an upper bearing receiving surface spaced apart from the lower bearing receiving surface axially. A lower journal bearing is mounted on the lower bearing receiving surface of the journal shaft. An upper journal bearing is mounted on the upper bearing receiving surface of the journal shaft. An upper journal housing is mounted on the upper journal bearing for rotational movement relative to the journal shaft. A lower journal housing is mounted on the lower journal bearing for rotational movement relative to the journal shaft. The lower journal housing is mounted to the upper journal housing for common rotation about the journal shaft. The journal bearing assembly has a loading point defined between the upper and lower journal bearings.

The bearing assembly has a shaft, and further has a bearing having an inner race that is affixed to the shaft and an outer race that is rotatable relative to the inner race. The bearing also has a sleeve defining an annular rigid portion circumscribing the outer race and affixed thereto. The sleeve further defines an annular predictably deformable portion depending from the rigid portion that is entirely disposed longitudinally distant from the outer race and sized to deform when press fit into the bore to operably align the shaft in the bore.

    摘要: A separator includes a centrifugal drum having a vertical axis of rotation and a feed line for material to be centrifuged. A drive spindle for the centrifugal drum is rotatably mounted on a housing via a bearing, the housing being supported elastically on a machine frame. A drive device includes a motor housing and an electric motor having a stator and an armature which is aligned with the drive spindle. The drive device and the motor housing move with the drive spindle as co-vibrating units during an operation of the separator. The drive device is connected to the machine frame below the bearing at a lower axial end of the bearing via one or more joint elements.

The pivot assembly has ball bearings mated to both ends of a shaft, a spacer mated to a sleeve disposed between both ball bearings at the outer circumferences of these ball bearings, and has a hub cap member that covers the outside end face of the ball bearings at one end of the shaft. The hub cap is laser welded to the outer circumference of the shaft and the inner circumference of the sleeve, and after laser welding, is thin-width cut by a laser along the entire circumference at the radial middle part.
