    Abstract: A method may include receiving, from a user device, a search query associated with identifying media content items available from a service provider. A database of key words associated with a plurality of media content items is searched to identify a set of media content items having key words associated therewith that match the search query. It is determined, for each media content item in the set of media content items, whether the matching key word is a global key word representative of the media content item in its entirety, or a local key word representative of one or more portions of the media content item. The set of media content items based on the determining. The ranked set of media content items is transmitted to the user device for display to a user.

    Abstract: A client device receives streaming first media from a content delivery network (CDN). The client device executes a media player to play the streaming first media, and receives a first input from a user of the client device that marks a first censoring start time and a first censoring stop time associated with a first portion of the first media that the user wishes to censor. The client device further receives a second input from the user that includes a reason that justifies censoring the first portion of the first media, and stores the first censoring start time and the first censoring stop time in association with data corresponding to the second input from the user in a cut profile for the first media. The client device sends the cut profile for the first media to a content management server in the CDN.

    Abstract: A method for scalable and secure vehicle to everything communications may include receiving, at a communications management device, telematics data from a plurality of vehicles. The method may further include segregating the plurality of vehicles into initial clusters based on the telematics data, and dividing the initial clusters into binary space partitions having various sizes, where the size of each binary space partition is based on a maximum number of vehicles in the binary space partition. The method may include determining, for a selected vehicle within an associated binary space partition, a metric representing a suitability of communications between the selected vehicle and other vehicles in the associated binary space partition, receiving updated telematics data from the plurality of vehicles, shifting the initial clusters based on the updated telematics data, and updating the binary space partition based on the shifted clusters.

    Abstract: A method, a device, and a non-transitory storage medium are described in which a global identification service is provided. The service includes a selection of an Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6) address to an end device. The service encrypts a unique identifier of the end device with an encryption key to generate an IPv6 address. The service verifies whether the IPv6 address is an IPv6 address allocated to or owned by a service provider. When the IPv6 address is an allocated or owned IPv6 address, the IPv6 address is assigned to the end device. When the IPv6 address is not an allocated or owned IPv6 address, the service selects another encryption key until a suitable IPv6 address is generated. Subsequent to an assignment of the IPv6 address, a network uses the IPv6 address as a globally unique identifier for the end device.

The targeted geographic region may not coincide with a coverage area of a base station. The device may generate a campaign rule identifying one or more campaign conditions for updating an account of a campaign owner, associated with the toll-free data service campaign, for data used in association with the toll-free data service campaign.
