Abstract: A fingerprint sensor includes four transistors and a photodetector. The first transistor connects a second node with a third node based on a voltage of a first node, where the first node corresponding to a first electrode of the photodetector. The second transistor connects the second node with a read-out line based on a scan signal. The third transistor supplies a reset voltage to the first node based on a first reset signal. The fourth transistor connects the first node with the second node based on a second reset signal.

Abstract: A display device may include a first pixel, a second pixel, a first data line electrically connected to the first pixel, a second data line electrically connected to the second pixel and electrically insulated from the first data line, a first signal wire electrically connected to the first data line, a second signal wire electrically connected to the second data line, and a connecting wire electrically connecting the second data line to the second signal wire. The connecting wire may include a first section and a second section. The second section may be directly connected to the first section, may overlap the first pixel, may overlap the first data line, and may be oblique relative to each of the first data line and the second data line in a plan view of the display device.

Abstract: An OLED pixel includes a switching transistor to transfer a data signal to a driving transistor. The switching transistor includes a first gate coupled to receive a first scan signal and a second gate coupled to receive a second scan signal received before the first scan signal. A storage capacitor is connected to a first terminal of the driving transistor and the first transistor passes a data signal to a second terminal of the driving transistor based on the first and second scan signals. A compensation transistor and an initialization transistor are also included. The compensation transistor includes first and second gates to receive the first scan signal to establish a signal path between the first terminal and a third terminal of the driving transistor. The initialization transistor establishes a signal path between an initialization voltage and the storage capacitor between its two gates.

Abstract: A display device including pixels disposed on a substrate, and a lens layer disposed on the substrate, the lens layer including Fresnel lenses respectively corresponding to the pixels. Each of the Fresnel lenses includes Fresnel zones disposed adjacent to each other in a radial direction with respect to a center of a corresponding Fresnel lens, and refractive indices of each of the Fresnel zones change stepwise along the radial direction.
