Abstract: A fingerprint sensor includes a sensor pixel arranged in a sensing area, including a pixel electrode coupled to a first node; a first transistor coupled between the first node and a first or second power line, the first transistor including a first gate electrode coupled to a first scan line and a second gate electrode opposite to the first gate electrode; a first capacitor coupled between the first node and a second scan line; a second transistor coupled between a readout line and the first power line, the second transistor including a first gate electrode coupled to the first node and a second gate electrode opposite to the first gate electrode; and a third transistor coupled between the second transistor and the first power line, the third transistor including a first gate electrode coupled to the second scan line and a second gate electrode opposite to the first gate electrode.

Abstract: A display device may include a first pixel, a second pixel, a first data line electrically connected to the first pixel, a second data line electrically connected to the second pixel and electrically insulated from the first data line, a first signal wire electrically connected to the first data line, a second signal wire electrically connected to the second data line, and a connecting wire electrically connecting the second data line to the second signal wire. The connecting wire may include a first section and a second section. The second section may be directly connected to the first section, may overlap the first pixel, may overlap the first data line, and may be oblique relative to each of the first data line and the second data line in a plan view of the display device.

Abstract: An organic light-emitting diode display is disclosed. In one aspect, the display includes a plurality of pixels formed in a plurality of intersection areas of a plurality of data lines and a plurality of scan lines. Each of the pixels includes a storage capacitor configured to store a data voltage, at least one target transistor having one end electrically connected to a current path of the storage capacitor, an organic light emitting layer, and a first electrode of an OLED formed over the organic light emitting layer. The first electrode includes a first electrode extension configured to block at least a portion of the target transistor from light.
