Abstract: A method for wireless communication at a user equipment (UE) and related apparatus are provided. In the method, a UE configures a first distribution of a set of radio capabilities over a plurality of operational scenarios, and transmits, to a network entity, a signal including at least one portion of the first distribution to indicate to the network entity to configure a scheduling configuration based on the at least one portion of the first distribution. The UE further communicates, based on the first distribution of the set of radio capabilities and the scheduling configuration, with the network. The method enables the UE to actively participate in resource allocation decisions, resulting in enhanced communication performance and optimized resource utilization.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described herein. A transmitting device (e.g., a user equipment (UE), a network entity) may generate a low-density parity-check code according to a base graph, which may be defined by variable nodes and check nodes. The base graph may support second degree variable nodes in the information nodes of the base graph and a larger quantity of second degree nodes associated with higher significance bits than with lower significance bits. Higher significance levels (e.g., bits) may correspond to higher channel reliabilities. The base graph may be a universal base graph or may include additional rules specific to probabilistic shaping. In some examples, an interleaver may be defined to map the base graph to symbols. In some cases, the UE may report its capability to support one or more interleavers, or the network entity may configure the UE with an interleaver.

Abstract: In certain scenarios, resource preemption may occur. A user equipment (UE) is configured to monitor for a preemption indication based on a specific downlink configuration. This configuration provides information about whether preemption is identified within a data space in terms of resource blocks. The UE receives data transmissions from a base station at different times and a preemption indication in a group common physical downlink control channel. Based on this preemption indication and the downlink configuration, the UE determines if a portion of the shared downlink resources occupied by the initial data is preempted from use. If the resources are not preempted, the UE proceeds to decode the initial data.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A network entity may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), an indication of a first set of measurement configurations for a first subband of a bandwidth and a second set of measurement configurations for a second subband of the bandwidth. The network entity may determine that the UE has performed a bandwidth part switching from the first subband to the second subband. The network entity may receive a measurement report from the UE indicating a combined measurement result that is based at least in part on a first measurement result for the first subband, a second measurement result for the second subband, a trigger event for the bandwidth part switching, a UE capability, a change of measurement gap configurations for measurements and reporting by the UE after the bandwidth part switching, or a combination thereof.
