    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communications, and more particularly, to techniques for group-based physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) overbooking and dropping. One aspect provides a method for wireless communications by a user equipment (UE). The method generally includes: determining a total number of slots for physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) monitoring for a slot group is larger than a maximum number of monitored slots for the UE for the slot group; and, in response to the determination that the total number of slots for PDCCH monitoring is larger than the maximum number of monitored slots for the UE for the slot group, dropping a first group of search space (SS) sets, wherein the first group of SS sets is selected based on a priority of the first group of SS sets relative to other groups of SS sets.

    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating UE indication of null tone placement for demodulation are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication at a UE includes measuring one or more downlink transmissions in one or more frequency subcarriers received from a base station over a time period. The example method also includes transmitting, to the base station, a null tone indication indicating one or more locations for one or more null tones, the one or more locations for the one or more null tones based at least in part on measurements performed on the one or more downlink transmissions received over the time period.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may receive a control message associated with an uplink transmission from one or more antenna panels. In some cases, the control message may include a first indication associated with an uplink transmission configuration indicator and a second indication of an uplink power control parameter set identifier associated with the first indication. In some cases, the control message may include a bit, where a value of the bit indicates whether an uplink transmission configuration indicator is included in the control message or an uplink power control parameter set identifier is included in the control message. The UE may then communicate with the base station based on receiving the control message.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus for aperiodic measurement configurations. In one aspect, delaying transitioning of a secondary cell group (SCG) to an active state until a next synchronization signal block (SSB) or periodic reference signal may result in an excessive delay in obtaining network resources of the SCG. Some aspects described herein enable a base station (BS) to transmit signaling using a master cell group (MCG) cell to schedule resources for an aperiodic reference signal transmission and measurement using the SCG. For example, the BS may transmit signaling to a user equipment (UE) to identify a reference signal resource for an aperiodic reference signal transmission and measurement. In this case, the BS may transmit the aperiodic reference signal using an SCG cell, and the UE may measure the aperiodic reference signal and provide a report identifying the measurement of the aperiodic reference signal.
