    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a transmitter device may allocate data associated with a user equipment (UE), of two or more UEs, into at least one of a first part, a second part, or a combination thereof; multiplex the first part of the data associated with the UE with a first part of data associated with one or more other UEs, of the two or more UEs, to form multiplexed data; map the multiplexed data to a first set of layers; and map the second part of the data associated with the UE and a second part of the data associated with the one or more other UEs to a second set of layers.     Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In a random access (RACH) procedure, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a first RACH message (e.g., RACH Message A (MsgA)) to a base station, which may include an indication of a modulation order, a maximum number of repetitions for RACH Message B (MsgB) data, or both. The base station may multiplex random access responses (RARs) for UEs into second RACH messages (e.g., RACH MsgBs) based on the indication(s) and may transmit these RACH MsgBs. The UE may receive and decode a downlink control information (DCI) portion of a RACH MsgB but may determine not to decode the data portion of the RACH MsgB if an indication in the DCI of the modulation order, the threshold number of repetitions, or both does not match the value reported by the UE. Otherwise, the UE may decode the full RACH MsgB.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a master information block that identifies a first control resource set (CORESET) for a first category of UEs and a first common search space (CSS) associated with the first CORESET. The first CORESET and the first CSS may identify one or more overlapping resource grids that overlap in time and frequency with one or more corresponding resource grids of a second CORESET and a second CSS, associated with the second CORESET, for a second category of UEs, and one or more non-overlapping resource grids that include a corresponding one or more time domain resources that are earlier than a time domain resource of the second CORESET and the second CSS. The UE may monitor for a physical downlink control channel candidate included in the first CORESET and the first CSS.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for a channel state information (CSI) report configuration with a codebook list, for example, for non-coherent joint transmission (NCJT). A method for wireless communication that can be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a CSI report configuration. The CSI report configuration is associated with one or more CSI reference signal (RS) resources. Each CSI-RS resource includes a set of ports or port groups. The UE receives a list of codebooks associated with the configuration. The UE determines at least one codebook, from the list of codebooks, to apply for one or more triggered CSI-RS resources.

    Abstract: In an aspect, a BS is configured as a serving cell of a UE. The BS transmits data to the UE in accordance with a frequency hopping scheme over a first set of T-F resources of a first BWP and a second set of T-F resources of a second BWP. The BS (or another BS) further transmits, to the UE over a third BWP that is different than the second BWP, a PDCCH including a PI field with a PI associated with the transmitted data over the second set of T-F resources of the second BWP. The UE receives the data and the PDCCH. The UE processes the received data over (at least) the second set of T-F resources based on the PI.
