    Abstract: According to the present invention, when communication is carried out using different formats from those of existing LTE systems, control channels can be communicated properly. A user terminal, according to one aspect of the present invention, includes a receiving section that receives a DL control channel, and a control section that controls monitoring of DL control channel candidates, and the control section determines the aggregation level to monitor and/or the number of DL control channel candidates based on the DCI format and/or the DCI payload size.

    Abstract: A data transmitting method is presented for implementing early acknowledgement of receipt of uplink data and new transmission scheduling. The data transmitting method for user equipment includes: receiving scheduling information from a base station; transmitting first uplink data to the base station by an initial number of retransmissions; monitoring, in a first search space, whether a first acknowledgement signal for uplink data has been received from the base station, and meanwhile, monitoring, in a second search space, whether a second acknowledgement signal for uplink data has been received from the base station; in the case that the first acknowledgement signal has been received in the first search space, stopping retransmitting the first uplink data; and in the case that the second acknowledgment signal has been received in the second search space, stopping retransmitting the first uplink data, and starting to transmit the second uplink data to the base station.

    Abstract: This application provides data transmitting method, a data receiving method, a user equipment, and a base station, which can realize early acknowledgment of uplink data reception. The data transmitting method for a user equipment includes: transmitting uplink data to a base station with an initial retransmission times; determining, within a predetermined interval, whether an acknowledged signal of the uplink data is received from the base station, wherein in the case where the acknowledged signal is received within the predetermined interval, transmission of the uplink data is stopped; and in the case where the acknowledged signal is not received within the predetermined interval, the uplink data is transmitted to the base station in a subsequent retransmission mode, until the acknowledged signal is received from the base station or a maximum retransmission times is reached.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a downlink control information transmission method, including generating more than one downlink control information (DCI) according to scheduling information of a user equipment (UE); determining a detection order of the more than one DCI and positions of the more than one DCI in a searching space; adding a position indication field to a respective DCI according to the detection order of the more than one DCI and the positions of the more than one DCI in the searching space; wherein, the position indication field is used to indicate a position of a next DCI of the respective DCI in the detection order; in which, a position indication field in a last DCI in the detection order is used to indicate a position of a first DCI in the detection order; and transmitting the more than one DCI in the searching space according to the positions of the more than one DCI in the searching space. The present disclosure also provides a UE-side method, a corresponding base station and a UE.
