Abstract: A stereo signal encoding method includes obtaining a residual signal encoding parameter of a current frame of a stereo signal based on downmixed signal energy and residual signal energy of each of M sub-bands of the current frame, where the residual signal encoding parameter indicates whether to encode residual signals of the M sub-bands, determining whether to encode the residual signals based on the residual signal encoding parameter, and encoding the residual signals when it is determined that the residual signals need to be encoded.

Abstract: A method for encoding an audio signal includes obtaining an ITD value of a current frame of an audio signal; obtaining a characteristic parameter of the current frame, wherein the characteristic parameter comprises at least one of a signal-to-noise ratio of the current frame or a peak feature of cross correlation coefficients of the current frame; determining, based on the characteristic parameter, whether to use the initial ITD value as the finalized ITD value of the current frame; and encoding the current frame based on the finalized ITD value of the current frame, wherein if the initial ITD value is determined as not used as the finalized ITD value of the current frame, the finalized ITD value of the current frame is the same as a finalized ITD value of a previous frame of the current frame.

Abstract: A multi-channel signal encoding method and an encoder, where the encoding method includes obtaining a multi-channel signal of a current frame, determining an initial multi-channel parameter of the current frame, determining a difference parameter based on the initial multi-channel parameter of the current frame and multi-channel parameters of previous K frames of the current frame, where the difference parameter represents a difference between the initial multi-channel parameter of the current frame and the multi-channel parameters of the previous K frames, and K is an integer greater than or equal to one, determining a multi-channel parameter of the current frame based on the difference parameter and a characteristic parameter of the current frame, and encoding the multi-channel signal based on the multi-channel parameter of the current frame. Hence, the method and the encoder ensure better accuracy of inter-channel information of a multi-channel signal.

The method in the present invention includes acquiring, by a mobile terminal, sound signals from a three-dimensional sound field, where at least three microphones are disposed on the mobile terminal and one microphone is configured to receive a sound signal in at least one direction; acquiring, according to the acquired sound signals, a direction of a sound source relative to the mobile terminal; and obtaining spatial audio signals according to the direction of the sound source relative to the mobile terminal and the acquired sound signals, where the spatial audio signals are used for simulating the three-dimensional sound field. The present invention is applicable to a process of collecting and processing signals in a three-dimensional sound field surrounding a terminal.
