摘要： A user equipment (UE) may establish a connection with a network for transmission of a plurality of data bursts further comprising a plurality of data segments. The UE may transmit, to the network, a first data segment corresponding to a first quality of service flow identifier (QFI) associated with a first quality of service (QoS) flow and a second data segment corresponding to a second QFI associated with a second QoS flow. The UE may be configured to map one or more data segments to one or more QFIs based on at least one of a slice type, a frame type, a modulo operation, and a sequence number. The plurality of data bursts may be transmitted according to at least one of one or more configured grants (CGs), one or more dynamic grants (DGs), and one or more instances of the one or more CGs or one or more DGs.

摘要： When a user equipment (UE) encounters a radio link failure condition, the UE may transmit a radio link failure report to a network. The report may include information defining the radio link monitoring (RLM) resources of a current RLM configuration. The information may take the form of a resource bitmap or a list of resource identifiers/indices. The network may use the information (and radio resource management measurements) to determine whether the radio link failure occurred due to misconfiguration of RLM resources for the UE. In cases where the network does not provide RLM configuration, the UE may omit the bitmap (or list), or populate the bitmap with all zeros, or populate the bitmap (or list) according to a currently active Transmission Configuration Indication (TCI) state, which is indicated by downlink control information (DCI).

One example aspect is a user equipment (UE) device, comprising: a memory; an antenna; a transceiver connected to the antenna; and a processor configured to: while in a dual connectivity (DC) mode where the UE is connected to a master node (MN) associated with a master cell group (MCG) and a secondary node (SN) associated with a SCG comprising a primary secondary cell (PSCell), receive a signaling from a base station (BS) comprising an indication to enter a suspended state for the secondary cell group (SCG), in response to the signaling, enter the suspended state for the SCG, while in the suspended state for the SCG, perform relaxed measurements on the PSCell; and send, to the BS, a measurement report comprising a one or more measurement results from the relaxed measurements.

A wireless device and a cellular base station may establish a cellular link. Beam configuration information indicating an active beam for downlink communications may be provided. The wireless device may detect beam failure for the active beam. The wireless device may perform a contention based random access procedure based at least in part on detecting beam failure for the active beam. An indication of the detected beam failure may be provided to the cellular base station by the wireless device as part of the contention based random access procedure.
