    Abstract: A self-tilt training apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes a storage unit which stores a daily training setting value including a training tilt angle and a training time of a patient, a first sensor unit which includes a plurality of sensors in close contact with the patient and measures the tilt angle of the patient and a motion of the patient, a control unit which determines whether the patient stands up according to the set training tilt angle at the time of starting the training and whether the patient maintains the tilt angle during the training time on the basis of the daily training setting value and the measurement values of the first sensor unit, and an output unit which outputs a message, through any one or more manners of sight, touch, and hearing, according to a direction of the control unit.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a composition, comprising COTL1 as an active ingredient, for diagnosis of a bone disease or obesity. Downregulation of the expression of the COTL1 protein or a gene thereof inhibits the differentiation activity of osteoclasts to reinforce bone density, compared to a normal control, and to increase factors that induce articular inflammation and cartilage degeneration, causing a bone disease such as osteosclerosis or osteoarthritis. Thus, COTL1 protein or a gene coding therefor can be used for diagnosing, preventing, or treating a bone disease such as osteosclerosis or osteoarthritis. In addition, downregulation of the expression of COTL1 protein or a gene coding therefor exhibits an excellent effect of treating obesity by reducing body weight and body fat mass in high-fat diet obesity mouse models and suppressing hepatic fat accumulation and adipocyte sizes and can be used for diagnosing obesity. An inhibitor against the protein or a gene thereof can be used to effectively prevent, alleviate, or treat obesity.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a device and method for dividing a field boundary of a CAN trace. The method for dividing a field boundary of a CAN trace according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes: collecting a CAN trace of a CAN bus; dividing the CAN trace into multiple blocks including multiple frames of the CAN trace; performing first static field division to each of the multiple blocks; and performing second static field division based on the result of the first static field division to divide a final field boundary of the CAN trace.
