    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a post spacer, which is applied to a liquid crystal display panel. The post spacer has a material having a structure as represented by Formula 1, wherein X includes at least one of groups represented by Formulae 2-1 to 2-5; Y includes at least one of groups represented by Formulae 3-1 and 3-2; at least one of the X and the Y has a molecular chain end having a group capable to chemically cross-link with materials of alignment layers; and at least one of the X and the Y has a side chains having a group capable to generate a hydrogen bond or intermolecular force with a material of liquid crystal molecules. The present disclosure also discloses a liquid crystal display panel having the post spacers described above and a method of manufacturing the same.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a COF flexible circuit board including a flexible package substrate and a control chip packaged on the flexible package substrate, the flexible package substrate is provided with an input terminal wiring and an output terminal wiring connected with the control chip, and the control chip includes a display driver for controlling a display panel, a touch controller for implementing a touch control function, and a fingerprint identification controller for implementing fingerprint identification that are packaged together. The present disclosure also provides a touch display panel including a display panel and a touch screen, and also including the COF flexible circuit board, the COF flexible circuit board being connected with the display panel and the touch screen. Compared with the prior art, the present disclosure saves material costs and wiring space by integrating and packaging display, touch control and fingerprint identification into one control chip.

    Abstract: Disclosed is an ultraviolet irradiation device for package of a light-emitting diode. The ultraviolet irradiation device includes a sealed shell. A light-emitting diode to be packaged is arranged in the shell, and a UV mask that is movable in the shell is arranged below the light-emitting diode. The ultraviolet irradiation device further includes a UV lamp arranged below the UV mask. The ultraviolet irradiation device further includes a sealed chamber which is in communication with the shell. The chamber is arranged at a side of the shell. A first rolling unit that is configured to deliver the light-emitting diode is arranged in the chamber, and a first gate and a second gate are respectively arranged at two ends of the chamber. The chamber is further in communication with an air exhaust unit and a first gas source respectively. The structure of the ultraviolet irradiation device is simple. When a replacement of the UV mask is performed, a rapid replacement thereof can be achieved, i.e., much time for replacing the UV mask can be saved, which is beneficial for improving productivity.

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a hardening film which includes a substrate film layer and a hardening film layer on the substrate film layer, wherein a micro stereo structure layer including a plurality of micro stereo structures is disposed between the substrate film layer and the hardening film layer. A method of manufacturing the abovementioned hardening film includes: providing a substrate film layer; forming a micro stereo structure layer on the substrate film layer using a printing process or a photolithography process; and forming a hardening film layer on the micro stereo structure layer. The present disclosure also discloses a flexible AMOLED display device containing the abovementioned hardening film.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing display panel. The manufacturing method includes: S1: providing a support substrate; S2: arranging a glass substrate on the support substrate; S3: arranging a flexible substrate on the glass substrate; S4: arranging a pad area on the flexible substrate; S5: completing the display panel into a box process or packaging process; S6: peeling off the support substrate; S7: cutting the glass substrate and the flexible substrate in accordance with a predetermined display panel size, and peeling the glass substrate and the flexible substrate after the cutting. The method of manufacturing a display panel using a thin and light glass substrate is possible to avoid the occurrence of severe drooping and warping which can prevent the drooping and the overall warping of the both ends of the thin glass substrate, thereby enhancing the convenience and the accuracy in the manufacturing process.
