    摘要: A controller for HVAC equipment of a plant includes a processing circuit configured to predict an impact of a time delay of the plant on a performance variable received as feedback from the plant. The processing circuit is configured to artificially increase or decrease a value of the performance variable using an adjustable time delay parameter to at least partially negate the impact of the time delay on the performance variable. The processing circuit is configured to use the artificially increased or decreased value of the performance variable in on-off feedback control to operate the HVAC equipment.

The controller includes: a rotational speed acquisition unit that acquires a specific rotational speed corresponding to a combination of an air volume and an air speed; a correction value acquisition unit that acquires a specific correction value by determining an operation mode, presence or absence of a power saving mode, and presence or absence of a sleeping mode; and a selection unit that selects three-phase operation when the specific rotational speed is lower than a threshold calculated by adding the specific correction value to a fixed value, or selects two-phase operation when the specific rotational speed is higher than or equal to the threshold.

    摘要: An air conditioning control system includes a sensor that generates heat distribution information about a sleeping space, a receiver that receives information for determining the state of a person, a determiner that determines whether the state of the person is a sleep-preparation state by using the information for determining the state of the person, a gauge that gauges thermal sensation in accordance with the heat distribution information, a temperature measure that measures the temperature in the sleeping space, an air conditioner that controls the temperature in the sleeping space or the bed, and a controller that determines a set temperature of the air conditioner. The controller determines the set temperature of the air conditioner in accordance with the thermal sensation and the temperature in the sleeping space, when the first determiner determines that the state of the person is the sleep-preparation state.
