    摘要: The present invention provides methods for deinking wastepaper by combined use of cutinase and chemical reagents, which relates to the field of enzyme engineering. The method comprises the following steps: pulp preparation, enzymatic hydrolysis, pulp washing and dewatering, and flotation. The enzyme for enzymatic hydrolysis is cutinase at a concentration of 10-20 U/g absolute dry pulp; and 0.5-4% Na2SiO3, 0.1-0.8% MgSO4, 0.1-0.8% EDTA, 0.1-4% H2O2 are used in the chemical treatment. With combined use of enzymatic and chemical treatment, the present invention has solved the problem of the current enzymatic method for deinking that requires large dosage of enzymes and thus high cost. Through proper choice of the kind and the amount of chemical reagents, synergistic effects of the enzymatic and chemical treatment can be achieved, thus increasing the effectiveness of the deinking process. In addition, this method does not require alkaline chemicals, which alleviates the problem of sewage treatment associated with conventional deinking methods.

According to a history of the raw material, an amount of the additive agent which is fed by the addition unit varies. In addition, there is provided a sheet manufacturing method, including: defibrating the raw material which includes at least fibers; adding the additive agent to the defibrated material; and bonding the plurality of fibers to each other via the additive agent. According to the history of the raw material, a feed amount of the additive agent with respect to the raw material varies.

    摘要: [Object] It is to provide a process of manufacturing recycled paper pulp with high efficiency from newspaper (waste paper) or waste printed paper as a raw material, which is disposed and recovered from homes and offices, through a deinking process using a specific surfactant and electrolyzed water.[Solving Means] A process of obtaining recycled paper pulp from waste printed paper such as waste newspaper as a raw material, including the steps of: cutting waste newspaper or waste printed paper into small pieces; adding alkaline electrolyzed water to the small pieces of waste paper such as waste newspaper, wherein the alkaline electrolyzed water is obtained by electrolysis of water containing a small amount of refined salt; stirring them at a high speed to break down the waste newspaper into fibers; adding the waste newspaper fibers to a stirring vessel; adding an appropriate amount of a liquid surfactant thereto; and then removing ink released to the surface of the solution under gentle stirring, wherein the liquid surfactant is sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate.
