摘要: Disclosed is an integrated device for faeces sampling and occult blood detection, which has functions of quantitative collection, dissolution, filtration, detection with immune test strips of the faecal sample, and is convenient to carry and operate, and the device does not leak any liquid during storage, transportation and detection. The device can accurately collect a constant sample with no pollution and leakage, and can quickly determine results of occult blood without the aid of other items. The device can detect faecal occult blood at any time and at any place, can help to overcome the problem of low rate of inspection due to the inconvenience of faeces submission and inspection, further promote the detection of faecal occult blood, and can improve the early diagnosis and screening rate of colorectal cancer of the population.

摘要: The present disclosure provided a blood cell analyzer, a control device and a blood analysis method thereof. In the method, a first reagent is mixed with a sample to obtain a first testing sample, and then a second reagent is mixed with the first testing sample for a further reaction to get a second testing sample for basophil classification and/or HGB measurement. A blood sample may be tested in one reaction cell through time-division multiplexing technology to obtain four groups leukocytes classification result and HGB result by single detection channel. Thus, the structure of the analyzer may be greatly simplified on the premise of guaranteeing the performance of the analyzer, the size and cost of the analyzer may reduce and a performance-price ratio of the analyzer may increase.

摘要: A method is provided for measuring glycated hemoglobin in a hemoglobin-containing sample which comprises reacting glycated hemoglobin in the hemoglobin-containing sample with an enzyme that catalyzes a reaction of oxidizing the glycated hemoglobin to generate hydrogen peroxide, in the presence of at least one anionic surfactant selected from the group consisting of N-acyl taurine in which a hydrogen atom of the amino group may be substituted with a substituent, alkyl sulfoacetic acid, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether acetic acid, N-acyl amino acid in which a hydrogen atom of the amino group may be substituted with a substituent, polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphoric acid, polyoxyethylene polycyclic phenyl ether phosphoric acid, alkyl phosphoric acid, and salts thereof, to generate hydrogen peroxide, and measuring the generated hydrogen peroxide.

摘要: A detector assembly and method of detecting the presence of a biomarker, such as bilirubin, in a sample of a flowable substance and a detector unit (1) are disclosed. The method comprises providing a receiver body (2) shaped to define a receiving chamber (3). The receiving chamber (3) has an outlet opening (5) through which a flowable substance can leave the receiving chamber (3). The receiving chamber (3) has a maximum capacity for holding a volume of the flowable substance. A quantity of the flowable substance is supplied to the receiving chamber (3) and caused to pass through the outlet opening. The receiver body (2) can move relative to a guide (10) of the receive body (2) from a first position in which the outlet opening (5) is blocked to a second position in which the outlet opening (5) is not blocked. In the second position, a metered quantity of flowable substance in the receiving chamber (3) can leave the receiving chamber (3).
