In some versions, a tubular ePTFE extrusion is, after initially processing, subjected to moderate temperatures and pressures to flatten the tubular extrusion such that it has rounded edges. In other versions a multiaxially expanded ePTFE strip is used.

摘要: The present invention relates to a multilayer film comprising: • an inner layer system comprising a first surface and a second surface; • a first skin layer bound to the inner layer system at the first surface of the inner layer system; and • a second skin layer bound to the inner layer system at the second surface of the inner layer system; wherein • the inner layer system comprises a first ethylene-based polymer; and • at least one of the first or the second skin layer(s) is a sealing layer and comprises a second ethylene-based polymer having a peak melting temperature Tpm of at least 10° C. below the Tpm of the first ethylene-based polymer, Tpm being determined as peak melting temperature in accordance with ASTM D3418 (2008); wherein the multilayer film is a bi-directionally oriented film wherein the orientation is introduced in the solid state. Such film allows for the production of a sealed package having a sufficiently high sealing strength at reduced sealing temperatures, also referred to as the seal initiation temperature.

摘要: The invention discloses a building drainage riser, its forming mold and forming method. The riser comprises a riser body and at least one spiral blade. The spiral blade is in a spiral direction on the inner wall of the riser body, and the spiral blade is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the riser body through its bottom side; the inner side of the radial section of the spiral blade presents the first normal distribution curve and the first normal distribution The abscissa axis of the curve is located on a chord of the inner wall of the riser body, and the distance from the chord to the center of the riser body is greater than half of the inner diameter of the riser body and less than the inner diameter of the riser body. The inner wall of the building drainage riser is provided with a spiral inner reinforcement with a radial section inside the first normal distribution curve, which completely eliminates the sharp tip and the sharp joint between the top and the inner wall of the building drainage riser, reduces the pressure fluctuation in the pipe during drainage and reduces the falling water flow speed.
