摘要: According to the manufacturing method of the invention the line component, in particular an additively fabricated line component, comprises a line element for conducting a fluid from a first opening to a second opening, and a line branching connected with the line element for conducting the fluid to a third opening, wherein an outer region of the line component is designed load-compliant by means of a numerical optimization program and thereby includes a multitude of irregular topological structures in its outer region. In the manufacturing method of the line component a notch is incorporated on the inside of the line element, which serves to relieve a tension in a highly loaded state of the line component or the line element, a particle-filled gas stream is guided through the interior of the line component, in order to smooth the inside of the line component and/or the line component is subjected to a pressurization, in order to produce a plastic deformation on an inner surface of the line component.

摘要: A forming device includes a gas supply part supplying a gas into a metal pipe material held and heated between a first die and a second die paired with each other. A driving mechanism moves at least one of the first die and the second die in a direction in which the dies are combined together. A first cavity part is formed between the first die and the second die to form the pipe part. A second cavity part communicates with the first cavity part to form the flange part. A flange forming member can be allowed to advance or retreat in the second cavity part, and forms the flange part. A controller controls the gas supply of the gas supply part, the driving of the driving mechanism, and the advance or retreat of the flange forming member.

摘要: A method of hydroforming a vehicle rail from an extruded aluminum tube includes the steps of positioning the extruded aluminum tube into a hydroforming die and partially closing the hydroforming die. Next is the step of applying a liquid under a first level of pressure to the extruded aluminum tube in the hydroforming die. This is followed by engaging an inner radius of a bend in the extruded aluminum tube with the hydroforming die before completely closing the hydroforming die and increasing the level of liquid pressure in the workpiece to a second level to form and hydro-pierce a part from the extruded aluminum tube.

摘要: The present invention refers to a method for obtaining an opening (8) in a hollow-body member (3) having a longitudinal extension and a cavity (6), and to a hollow-body member (3) provided with one or more openings (8, 9) obtained with the above-mentioned method, which includes the following phases: a. predisposing a holding die (12) including a seat (17) countershaped with respect with said hollow-body member (3) and an ejection channel (13) having a first end (18) communicating with said seat (17) and a second ejection end (19); b. inserting and positioning the hollow-body member (3) in the seat (17) so that said first end (18) is arranged in correspondence with a wall portion of said hollow-body member (3) on which to obtain an opening (8); c. generating a progressively increasing pressure inside said cavity (6) sufficient to deform said wall portion (16) to a point of detaching it from the hollow-body member (3) to form said opening (8), and expelling the wall portion (16) along the ejection channel (13).

摘要: The invention relates to a method and a device for embedding connection elements in a wall. The connection elements (14, 34, 50) exhibit in each case a punch-like section. The punch-like section pierces the wall (22) based on the influence of a shearing force (Fs), wherein the shearing force (Fs) opposes the pressure force (Fd) of an internal high pressure acting on the wall (2). The punch-like section remains in the wall (2) after piercing the wall (2). A wide range of connection possibilities and a high connection loadability is thereby guaranteed at a low expenditure.

摘要: A method of cutting opposing holes in a side wall of a tubular workpiece and removing the cut out slugs, in which first and second axially aligned punches are applied to opposite side walls of a pressurized workpiece. The second punch has a larger width than the first punch, and reciprocates in a passageway extending laterally from the workpiece. The punches are reciprocated so that the first punch passes through both side walls, and first and second slugs are cut out. The end of the first punch is advanced toward the end of the second punch to capture the cut out slugs between the ends of the first and second punches, and the punches are moved so that the ends of the punches and the slugs captured between them progress along the passageway away from the workpiece. The ends of the punches are separated at a region of the passageway spaced from the workpiece, and the released slugs are removed from the ends of the punches.
