摘要: Systems and methods for mechanical Cannabis harvesting which utilize a harvester having two counter-rotating rollers, each having a brush thereon, where the brushes serve to strip leaves and buds from the stalk of a standing Cannabis plant introduced to a harvesting space between them. The brushes transport the stripped leaves and buds to a series of conveyors that eventually deposit the leaves and buds in a hopper. The stripped stalk of the Cannabis plant may be left standing in the field to be cut down later, or may be knocked or cut down by the harvester.

摘要: A harvesting machine has a crop tank and a conveyor screw inside the tank which extends from a material inlet opening on a wall of the crop tank into the interior of the crop tank. The conveyor screw comprises at least one proximal portion adjacent to the material inlet opening and one distal portion spaced apart from the material inlet opening at least by the proximal portion. The proximal portion and distal portion are rotatable around conveying axes running in different directions. The conveyor screw can be operated in a work position in which the conveying axis of the distal portion is oriented to be steeper than the conveying axis of the proximal portion.

摘要: A header includes a forwardly disposed cutter bar assembly and a rearwardly disposed draper deck assembly. The draper seal includes a flexible strip that runs parallel to the cutter bar assembly and perpendicular to the direction of travel. A bracket secures the forward edge of the flexible strip to an upper surface of the cutter bar assembly, which bracket also biases a rearward edge of the flexible strip into engagement with an upper surface of the draper deck assembly, thereby creating a seal between the cutter bar assembly and the draper deck assembly.

The draper platform also includes a belt tensioning system, including a tension adjustment rod. A worm gear is operatively coupled to the tension adjustment rod. A sector gear is in meshed engagement with the worm gear. A push rod is operatively coupled to each of the sector gear and the idler roller such that rotation of the sector gear causes translation of the idler roller so as to adjust tension of the belt.
