摘要: Described is a hand-held musical game apparatus that is adapted to resemble a guitar, and that operates in a manner that facilitates a game played with it. Generally, the apparatus has a housing shaped to resemble a guitar with a body portion and a neck portion. The neck portion is rotatably connected to the body portion and the body portion has a strum bar. A slide element is slidably connected to the neck portion. Electronics are disposed within the housing to provide, as part of the game, audio and/or visual instructions to rotate the neck, slide the slide element, or strum the strum bar. The game entails a player rotating the neck, sliding the slide element, or strumming the strum bar in accordance with the instructions.

摘要: An electric guitar facilitates isolating principles of making music such that an individual can learn one aspect at a time of playing the guitar and of playing music and can, to match the skill level of the player, progressively require more aspects to be mastered in order to play the guitar. The guitar includes one mode which requires only that the player strum the strings, includes a second mode which requires the player to play the strings and depress buttons, and includes a third mode that requires the player to play the strings and depress specific buttons on the guitar.

摘要: A song accompaniment system includes a karaoke machine and a simulated guitar machine, and the karaoke machine downloads accompanying music in the form of MIDI data from a source data storage. Of the MIDI data downloaded from the source data storage, a simulative instrument part of the accompanying music is transferred to the simulated guitar machine. In the simulated guitar machine, an allocation processor allocates individual sounds of the simulative instrument part to three scroll bars in a guidance picture which is presented on a monitor of the simulated guitar machine, and operating timing for producing the individual sounds is indicated by note marks which are scrolled along the scroll bars. When a player plays a simulated guitar, tone waveforms contained in the MIDI data received from the source data storage are modulated and an audio signal thus generated is output from speakers. If the simulated guitar is correctly operated, the accompanying music is reproduced in proper fashion.

摘要: A guitar is disclosed which is adapted for use with a battery power source and having a CPU and a memory including preprogrammed chord tables and melody tables. The guitar provides electro conductive strings and frets and a system for recognizing finger positioning by a user. The vibration of the strings is picked up by piezo elements and amplified. By making use of the piezo elements the intensity of the vibration by its velocity can be preserved and the envelope of sound for a note/chord remain commensurate with the intensity intended by the user.

摘要: An electronic stringed instrument which simulates an acoustic counterpart, such as a guitar, in the aspect of string arrangement. The strings on the novel electronic instrument are actually depressed and picked in a manner similar to playing the acoustic counterpart to sound musical tones. The strings form partial circuits conducting signals to a conventional musical tone synthesizer. The pick completes the circuit for each tone, having a flexible conductor electrically joining the pick to each circuit. A complete signalling circuit for each tone is closed when the string is contacted by the pick, and when the string simultaneously contacts an electrically conductive terminal forming part of the circuit. Contact of the string is achieved either by depressing the string or by leaving the string undisturbed. In each instance, a signal will sound a tone corresponding to that which would ensue if the same actions were taken on the acoustic counterpart.

摘要: When picking of a string is performed, the vibration of the string is detected accurately and quickly. When a fret operation position is changed during generation of a musical tone caused by the string picking, the pitch of the musical tone is changed to the one corresponding to the new fret operation position without generating a new musical tone. When the same string is stroked successively, the succeeding musical tone is generated while keeping the reverberation of the previous musical tone. The musical tone once generated will be stopped from being generated upon elapse of a predetermined time from the beginning of the tone generation, irrespective of the type of its timbre. When a fret operation state is changed to an open-string operation state after the string picking, the generation of the musical tone being generated stops at that timing. When this change occurs, it is selectable whether the generation of the musical tone is to be stopped or its pitch is to be changed to the one corresponding to the open-string operation state. The generated musical tone can freely be stopped from being generated through a manual operation.
