    摘要: An installation structure for an acoustic transducer for vibrating a vibrated body of a musical instrument in a first direction for permitting the vibrated body to generate sounds, including: the acoustic transducer having a main body and a vibrating portion that vibrates in the first direction; a support portion to be fixed to a housing of the musical instrument for supporting the main body; and a cover member fixed to the support portion for covering the acoustic transducer, wherein the support portion includes a base plate portion to be held in surface contact with the housing so as to be fixed thereto, a first fixing portion to which the main body is fixed and which supports the main body, and a second fixing portion to which the cover member is fixed, and wherein the first and second fixing portions are connected to the base plate portion independently of each other.

Finger movement trajectories can be tracked, and pluralities of control parameters can be associated with each gesture.

    摘要: This invention provides a signal processing and signal synthesis technique from a family of signal processing and signal synthesis techniques designed to readily interwork or be used individually in creating new forms of rich musical timbres. Phase staggered multi-channel signal panning creates spatial perturbation and chase effects for subtle or dramatic application, and may be swept with control signals from a low-frequency oscillator, transient envelope, or other source. Phase-staggering and modulation parameters may be recalled from stored program control or modulated in real-time by arbitrary control signals, including those derived from the original input signal. The invention may be used individually or in conjunction with other signal processing and signal synthesis techniques in creating new forms of rich musical timbres. The invention may also be used in spatially-distributed timbre construction.

The system also includes an excitation signal applier coupled to the excitation signal generator. The excitation signal applier is further configured to modulate the corresponding excitation signal to produce audio effects. An EM musical instrument, in response to receiving the corresponding excitation signal, generates an EM output signal associated with a produced sound. The system also includes an EM output receiver coupled to the EM musical instrument to receive the EM output signal.
