A waterproof outdoor lighting fixture includes a lamp holder having a front lamp bulb socket for receiving a lamp bulb, an outer shell molded on the periphery of the lamp holder and having locating holes located on an inner wall of a lampshade portion thereof, a waterproof gasket tightly press-fitted into the lampshade portion of the outer shell, and an annular locating member fastened to the lampshade portion of the outer shell to lock the waterproof gasket.
Abstract:
A lighting fixture capable of efficiently radiating heat of a lamp device may be configured to be attached to a socket device. In some examples, by attaching the lamp device to the socket device, a cap portion of the lamp device is brought into contact with a fixture body, and pressed against and brought into close contact with the fixture body by an elastic body. Heat generated by lighting of LEDs of the lamp device is conducted from the cap portion to the fixture body and efficiently radiated.

A light source apparatus is equipped with a discharge lamp, which has a glass tube that forms a light emitting part and a base member that is coupled thereto, and a mounting apparatus that holds the discharge lamp via the base member. Therein, the base member has a flange part that contacts positioning plate of the mounting apparatus, and a fixed part that is urged with a pressing force that presses the flange part to the positioning plate. Furthermore, the mounting apparatus has a fixing arm that urges the fixed part by a compression coil spring.

An LED lamp that can take the place of incandescent lamps. An elevated light source is positioned above a screw-type base. A first plurality of LEDs is connected in a series on one side of a flat substrate and a second plurality of LEDs, equal in number to the first, is connected in series on an opposite side of the substrate. Each LED of the first and second plurality of LEDs is mounted proximate a heat sink and a drive circuit is provided for the LEDs, with the drive circuit being located proximate and electrically connected to the screw base.

Broad light emission is provided and additionally heat conductivity is increased to improve reliability. A light emitting device comprises a light emitting element, a pair of conductor members, a transparent board and a transparent member. The conductor members are spaced away from each other at an interval in a side-surface direction of the light emitting element and are electrically connected to the light emitting element. The transparent board supports the light emitting element and the pair of conductive members. The transparent member is located on the transparent board and seals the light emitting element and the pair of conductor members. The pair of conductor members are provided with a pair of metal plates that are secured thereon. The pair of metal plates project from the transparent member in directions different from each other.

A drop-in assembly which fits in the socket of an existing reading light. The assembly comprises a truncated cone of plastic or other translucent material which transmits light generated by an LED light source. The assembly has a central core of air surrounded by the plastic material and at a wide end of the assembly and positioned over a central core is a disk of diffusing material. At a narrow end of the assembly is a metal structure which fits into the existing socket structure and functions as both an electrical contact and a heat transfer element which promotes dissipation of heat generated by the LED light source

An assembling-type car lamp includes a lamp housing and a bulb unit. The lamp housing is provided with an assembling hole, and the assembling hole is provided on an inner wall surface thereof with a plurality of circumferentially spaced ribs to thereby define a notch between any two adjacent ribs. The bulb unit includes a base and a bulb mounted to the base. The base includes an end plate and a forward raised seat. The raised seat is provided on an outer wall surface thereof with a plurality of circumferentially spaced guide blocks located corresponding to the notches, such that an annular space is defined between the end plate and the guide blocks. The bulb unit can be removably assembled to the lamp housing by moving the guide blocks through the notches into the assembling hole and turning the bulb unit for the ribs to locate in the annular space.

A socket and heat sink unit includes a socket portion configured to releasably couple to a removable LED light module. The unit also includes a heat sink portion attached to the socket portion and extending about a central axis. The heat sink portion comprises a plurality of fins, as well as one or more apertures configured to receive fasteners therein to fix the unit to a light fixture housing. The socket and heat sink portions are monolithic.
