摘要： A molded door skin with integral divided light bars. The divided light bars are either true divided light (TDL) bars simulated divided light (SDL) bars or decorative grilles. The door skin includes a body portion and a divided light bar portion. The body portion and divided light bar portion are of one-piece construction which is preferably compression molded from fiberglass or other synthetic materials. Once assembled into a door with door glass installed, the divided light bars form a number of small windows for either simulating the appearance of traditional divided light windows in SDL applications, holding individual panes of insulating glass units in TDL applications, or for decorative purpose only.

摘要： A muntin bar fabrication system can be used to efficiency produce a wide variety of different types of muntin bars, allowing the fabrication of both standard and custom muntin bar assemblies for doors, windows, and other fenestration products. In some examples, the fabrication system includes a muntin bar stock storage assembly that holds multiple different types of muntin bar stock. The system also includes a muntin bar stock extraction device that extracts one of the different types of muntin bar stock from the storage assembly and conveys the extracted muntin bar stock to a feed device. The feed device feeds the extracted piece of muntin bar stock into a cutting system that includes a multi-axis cutter. The cutting system that performs one or more cutting operations on the extracted muntin bar stock so as to fabricate one or more individual muntin bars from the extracted muntin bar stock.

The grid keepers of certain example embodiments may include a shoulder bent into an acute angle and may include one or more stamped features on or proximate to the shoulder for engaging with a punched, hollowed, or otherwise formed feature in an edge seal, along with one or more stamped features on an elongate portion extending from the shoulder for engaging with a grid or muntin. In certain example embodiments, the keeper may be on level with or slightly lower than a primary seal so as to reduce the likelihood of the keeper interfering with the seal.

A window gauge having at least one grasping means is provided to quickly assemble the simulated divided light window grid.
