    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a driving substrate, a manufacturing method, and a micro-LED array substrate light-emitting backlight module. The driving substrate includes a first metal layer, a first high-reflection layer, and a second metal layer stacked in a top-down sequence. The driving substrate, the manufacturing method, and the micro-LED array light emitting backlight module of the present disclosure solve the loss of reflectivity issue caused by the edge forbidden area of the electrode welding pad edge forbidden region. At the same time, the limited reflectivity of traditional coated high-reflective layers (such as white oil) may also be enhanced.

    Abstract: The present invention teaches a direct-lit backlight module and a related manufacturing method. The direct-lit backlight module includes a driver substrate, a reflection layer on the driver substrate, multiple mini-LEDs arranged in an array on the reflection layer, multiple reflection bumps on the reflection layer among the mini-LEDs, and an optical film set on the reflection layer, the mini-LEDs, and the reflection bumps. The mini-LEDs are electrically connected to the driver substrate. The reflection bumps jointly form a mesh dot structure. When light passes through the mesh dot structure, the light is scattered by the mesh dot structure to various directions, thereby enhancing the lighting efficiency of the direct-lit backlight module.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a liquid crystal lens and a 3D display device. By utilizing the metal wire grid (20) to realize the functions of electrode and polarizer at the same time, and the polarizer filters the o light to solve the display degradation issue due to the o light leakage, and corresponding high quality 3D image display is realized. By combining function of the polarizer and the electrode in the metal wire grid (20), the additional polarizer adhesion is no longer required, which can effectively decrease the thickness of the liquid crystal lens. The present invention further provides a 3D display device, which can decrease the thickness of the 3D display device to realize the high quality 3D image display.

    Abstract: The disclosure provides an array substrate including a flexible base substrate and a dielectric layer and a metal grid layer sequentially stacked on the surface of the flexible base substrate. The surface of the flexible base substrate away from the dielectric layer has a scattering structure. By sharing the flexible base substrate as the light guide plate and adding the metal wire grid to achieve the polarization and brightness enhancement functions, the disclosure reduces the thickness of the array substrate, effectively improves the problem of the bright color deviation caused by the flexible display panel during bending. The disclosure further provides a fabricating method of the array substrate, a flexible display panel, and a flexible display device.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses an edge-lit type backlight module, a display and a light guide plate. The edge-lit type backlight module includes at least two light guide plates disposed to be overlapped. Each of the light guide plates respectively includes a light-emitting surface, a bottom surface and at least one light incident surface. The bottom surface of the light guide plate on an upper layer and the light-emitting surface of the light guide plate on a lower layer are disposed opposite. Light sources are disposed on the light incident surfaces of each of the light guide plates, and disposed to be mutually independent. In travel directions of light of the light sources, each of the light guide plates is disposed with light-emitting regions and total reflection regions disposed alternately. The light emitted from the light sources is totally reflected in the total reflection regions.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a backlight module and a display device, backlight module includes a substrate, a plurality of light sources, a plurality of barrier wall units and a light adjusting layer. The substrate includes a plurality of function regions and a plurality of non-function regions. Each of the function regions includes at least one light source. The barrier wall units are disposed in non-function regions. The light adjusting layer includes a plurality of patterned light adjusting units disposed to correspond to the function regions. The patterned light adjusting units with the barrier wall units can improve entire light emission brightness of the backlight module to achieve even light emission of an entire surface.
