Abstract: A display device includes a plurality of pixels, each of which includes a light emitting element and a pixel driving circuit and a plurality of sensors, each of which includes a light receiving element and a sensor driving circuit. A sensor driving circuit included in at least one of sensors includes a reset transistor configured to output a reset signal to a first sensing node in response to a reset control signal, an amplification transistor connected to first and second sensing nodes and configured to receive a sensor driving voltage, a first output transistor connected between the second sensing node and a readout line and configured to receive a first output control signal, and a second output transistor connected between the second sensing node and the readout line and configured to receive a second output control signal.

Abstract: A pixel includes a light emitting element, a driving switching element, an initialization voltage terminal, a data initialization switching element set, and an adjustment switching element. The driving switching element may provide a driving current to the light emitting element. The adjustment switching element is electrically connected to the data initialization switching element in series. At least one of the data initialization switching element set and the adjustment switching element may control an electrical connection between the control electrode of the driving switching element and the initialization voltage terminal. A control electrode of the adjustment switching element is electrically connected to an input electrode of the adjustment switching element.

Abstract: An organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels. Each of the pixels includes an organic light emitting diode, first to third transistors, a storage capacitor, and a first capacitor. The second transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a first scan signal, a first electrode receiving a data signal, and a second electrode connected to a first electrode of the first transistor. The third transistor includes a gate electrode receiving a second scan signal, a first electrode connected to a second electrode of the first transistor, and a second electrode connected to a gate electrode of the first transistor. The storage capacitor includes a first electrode receiving a power voltage and a second electrode connected to the gate electrode of the first transistor. The first capacitor includes a first electrode connected to the gate electrode of the third transistor and a second electrode receiving the power voltage.
