    Abstract: Wireless communication devices, systems, and methods related to mechanisms for transmitting and receiving reference signals in a high-speed train (HST) single frequency network (SFN). A base station (BS) determines a first frequency pre-compensation value for a reference signal transmitted via a first transmission and reception point (TRP) and a second frequency pre-compensation value for a reference signal via a second TRP. The BS notifies a user equipment (UE) of the first and second pre-compensation values through at least one of the TRPs. The BS applies the first pre-compensation value to the reference signal via the first TRP and the second pre-compensation value to the reference signal via the second TRP. The UE adjusts its tracking loop for the reference signal based on the pre-compensation values, reducing estimation and/or search overhead at the UE.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive downlink control information indicating precoding information associated with a multi-panel uplink transmission, the precoding information including at least one of a demodulation reference signal port configuration associated with the multi-panel uplink transmission, a multiple-input multiple-output precoding configuration associated with the multi-panel uplink transmission, or a quantity of layers associated with the multi-panel uplink transmission. The UE may precode the multi-panel uplink transmission for transmission via a first antenna panel of the UE and a second antenna panel of the UE based at least in part on the precoding information. The UE may transmit, using the first antenna panel and the second antenna panel, the precoded multi-panel uplink transmission. Numerous other aspects are provided.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify respective transmission/reception point (TRP) index values corresponding to a first TRP and a second TRP, where the UE may be configured for at least a first transmission of an uplink signal to the first TRP using a first antenna panel and a second transmission of the uplink signal to the second TRP using a second antenna panel. The UE may determine default pathloss reference signal (PLRS) resources for one or more PLRSs that are associated with the first transmission and the second transmission of the uplink signal. In some cases, the default PLRS resources may be determined based on a whether PLRSs are configured for the UE, the respective TRP index values, and a resource selection rule. The UE may transmit the one or more PLRSs using the default PLRS resources.
