Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a node for wireless communications. A first node receives a first signaling and a first signal in a first time-frequency resource pool; the first signaling comprises scheduling information of the first signal; the first signal carries a first bit block, the first bit block comprising a positive integer number of binary bits; a first value is used for determining a number of binary bits comprised in the first bit block, and the first value is related to the first time-frequency resource pool. The above method helps prevent both sides of communications from different interpretations of Transport Block Size in V2X communications, thus ensuring communication quality and avoiding extra signaling overhead.

Abstract: A method and a device in a UE and a base station for wireless communications are provided in the present disclosure. A UE first receives a first signaling, the first signaling is used for indicating M first-type time window(s) in a first sub-band, and the M first-type time window(s) in the first sub-band is(are) reserved for a first-type reference signal, M being a positive integer; the UE then determines that it is only needed to receive the first-type reference signal in M1 first-type time window(s) of the M first-type time window(s) in a first sub-band, M1 being a positive integer no greater than the M. The present disclosure is advantageous in avoiding possible loss of performance in Unlicensed Spectrum resulting from belated determination of beam link failure due to the fact that the reference signal is not transmitted on time.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and a device in a User Equipment (UE) and a base station used for wireless communication. The UE receives a first signaling in a first time window in a first subband; monitors a second signaling in a second time window in a second subband; if successfully receives the second signaling in the second time window in the second subband, transmits a first radio signal in a third time window in a third subband, otherwise drops transmission of the first radio signal in the third time window in the third subband. Herein, the first signaling comprises first-type scheduling information of the first radio signal. The above method allows the base station to flexibly control a transmission time of each uplink transmission on unlicensed spectrum according to specific conditions, such as the result of LBT or the direction of beamforming.

Abstract: A method and a device in a node for wireless communications. A first node monitors or drops monitoring a first signal in a first resource block; and transmits a second signal in a second resource block. The second resource block corresponds to a first index; the first resource block is reserved for a HARQ-ACK for a bit block set transmitted in a third resource block; when a first condition set is fulfilled, a spatial relation of the second signal is unrelated to the first index; when the first condition set is unfulfilled, the first index is used for determining the spatial relation of the second signal; the first condition set relates to whether the first signal is conveyed in the first resource block. The method above provides an easy implementation of beamforming in a V2X system, which optimizes gains of beamforming and also prevents complicated signaling interaction.
