Abstract: This application discloses a signal transmission method and a related device. The method may include: sending, by a first terminal, a first message to a network device, where the first message is used to indicate a transmission mode used by the first terminal to transmit a signal; receiving a second message sent by the network device, where the second message is used to indicate a resource used by the first terminal to transmit the signal; and transmitting the signal on the resource. According to the foregoing solution, a terminal may transmit a signal by using different transmission modes and resources.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a resource selection method, including: determining, by a first terminal, at least one of second parameter information of a second terminal and configuration information; and determining, by the first terminal, a target threshold based on at least one of the configuration information, the second parameter information, and first parameter information of the first terminal, where the target threshold is used by the first terminal to perform resource selection. The embodiments of the present invention further provide a resource selection apparatus. In the present invention, a resource is selected by changing a target threshold based on different parameters. In this way, a signal-to-interference ratio is increased, an error rate is reduced, and a demodulation performance is improved.

In embodiments of the present invention, at least two SPS configurations can be simultaneously performed, thereby improving service data transmission efficiency.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a control information processing method and system, a first device, and a second device. The method includes: receiving, by the first device, first control information sent by a network device; determining, by the first device based on first information, that the first control information is used to schedule a target device, where the target device is one of the first device and at least one second device, and the first information is information related to the first control information; and when the target device is one of the at least one second device, determining, by the first device, second control information based on resource information that is used for data transmission and that is included in the first control information, and sending the second control information to the target device, so that the target device transmits data based on the second control information; or when the target device is the first device, transmitting, by the first device, data based on the first control information. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the first device can determine, by using the first information related to the first control information, a device scheduled by using the first control information.
