Abstract: A method, device and system are provided for a user equipment positioning. In an embodiment, a central device of a radio access network (RAN) node, which comprises the central device and at least two distributed devices, receives positioning measurement request information from a location management function (LMF) device. The central device separately sends uplink signal configuration information to a first distributed device and a second distributed device of the at least two distributed devices in application protocol signaling The first and two distributed devices measure an uplink signal sent from a user equipment, and the two distributed devices separately sends a uplink signal measurement result in an application protocol signaling to the central device. The central device sends a positioning measurement result comprising the two uplink signal measurement results to the LMF device.

Abstract: A data processing method, a terminal device, and a base station are disclosed. The method includes: determining to change a type of at least one radio bearer of the terminal device from a first type to a second type; discarding a radio link control protocol RLC protocol data unit and/or an RLC service data unit buffered by a transmit side of an RLC layer entity of the at least one radio bearer; and assembling an RLC protocol data unit received by a receive side of the RLC layer entity of the at least one radio bearer into an RLC service data unit, and delivering the RLC service data unit in sequence to an upper layer entity of the RLC layer entity, where the upper layer entity is an upper layer entity of the RLC layer entity before the type of the at least one radio bearer is changed.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide timing advance (TA) obtaining methods and apparatuses. One example method includes generating, by a base station, an indication message and sending the indication message to UE, and receiving, by the UE, the indication message sent by the base station. The UE can then obtain a TA of a second carrier based on the indication message, where the second carrier is a carrier not used to transmit a PUSCH. Although the second carrier is a carrier not used to transmit a PUSCH, the TA of the second carrier can still be obtained.

Abstract: A control information sending method, a control information receiving method, and a device, where a first device sends first control information to a second device on a first resource such that second device prepares data information based on the first control information and waits for sending the data information. The first device sends second control information on a second resource different from the first resource such that the second device sends the data information based on the second control information. The first resource is different from the second resource such that a duration of preparing the data information by the second device is greatly greater than an interval between control information and uplink data in one time interval, and the second device has sufficient time to prepare the data information.

Abstract: The method includes: sending, by a first base station, a first message to a second base station, where the first message is used to request to add a data radio bearer DRB; receiving, by the first base station, a second message sent by the second base station, where the second message is used to indicate an identifier of at least one DRB; and sending, by the first base station, first information to user equipment, where the first information includes DRB configuration information, and the DRB configuration information includes the identifier of the at least one DRB. In the embodiments of this application, the first base station can add the DRB based on a radio resource management policy and a network condition of the first base station, to reconfigure a mapping relationship between a QoS flow and the DRB, so that setting of the DRB is more flexible and effective.
