Abstract: A data transmission method and a communications device, the method including: determining, by a first communications device, a target data transmission mode, where the target data transmission mode is used to indicate a quantity of times that the first communications device transmits an encoded-bit combination to a second communications device and an encoded-bit combination transmitted each time, the encoded-bit combination transmitted each time may include one encoded bit sequence or a plurality of encoded bit sequences, where the encoded bit sequence is obtained by encoding all or some of K information bits, and K is a positive integer, and sending, by the first communications device, the encoded-bit combination to the second communications device in the target data transmission mode, and receiving, by the second communications device, the encoded-bit combination sent by the first communications device, and decoding the encoded bit sequence included in the encoded-bit combination.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a method and an apparatus for constructing a coding sequence. The method includes: storing a reliability sequence corresponding to a basic sequence, where a length of the reliability sequence corresponding to the basic sequence is less than or equal to a length of a reliability sequence corresponding to a mother code sequence; storing a reliability reference sequence, where the reliability reference sequence includes at least one element remaining after the reliability sequence corresponding to the basic sequence is excluded from the reliability sequence corresponding to the mother code sequence; and constructing a coding sequence by using the reliability sequence corresponding to the basic sequence and an element in the reliability reference sequence. During implementation of this application, during storage, only the reliability sequence corresponding to the basic sequence and the reliability reference sequence are stored. Because a sum of the length of the reliability sequence corresponding to the basic sequence and a length of the reliability reference sequence is far less than the length of the original reliability sequence, storage overheads can be reduced.

Abstract: A polar code coding/decoding method, a sending device, and a receiving device are disclosed. The method includes: selecting, by a sending device, K non-punctured-position sequence numbers as a reference sequence number set based on a quantity K of information bits and a reliability-based order of N polarized channels of a polar code whose code length is N, where a reliability of a polarized channel corresponding to any sequence number in the reference sequence number set is greater than or equal to reliabilities of polarized channels corresponding to remaining (N−K) sequence numbers; determining, by the sending device, an information-bit sequence number set based on a determining condition and the reference sequence number set; and performing, by the sending device, polar coding on to-be-coded bits based on the information-bit sequence number set.

A communication device obtains an information bit sequence and obtain a first sequence, wherein the first sequence comprises sequence numbers of N channels ordered in ascending order of channel reliability, wherein N is 1024 and wherein a channel whose sequence number is 0, a channel whose sequence number is 1, and a channel whose sequence number is 2 are ordered in ascending order of channel reliability; then polar encode the information bits based on the first sequence to obtain an encoded bit sequence and output the encoded bit sequence.

Abstract: A method includes: obtaining a first sequence corresponding to a basic code length N0; determining N to-be-encoded bits, where the N to-be-encoded bits include N2 fixed bits, and N is greater than the basic code length N0; extending the first sequence to obtain a second sequence; determining locations of the N2 fixed bits in the N to-be-encoded bits based on polar channel serial numbers indicated by first N2 elements in the second sequence; and performing polar encoding on the N to-be-encoded bits to obtain encoded bits. The locations of the fixed bits in the N to-be-encoded bits are determined based on the second sequence, and the second sequence is obtained by extending the first sequence corresponding to the basic code length N0.

Abstract: Embodiments of the application provide a method for transmitting data in a wireless communication network. A device of the network receives a bit sequence of K information bits. The device polar codes the bit sequence to obtain a first encoded sequence, wherein a length of the first encoded sequence is N, and N is greater than or equal to K. The device block interleaves the first encoded sequence to obtain an interleaved bit sequence. The device determines a transmission code rate R. When the transmission code rate R is less than the code rate threshold, the device outputs a second bit sequence. The length of the second bit sequence is M, M is smaller than N. The second bit sequence is punctured from the interleaved bit sequence by removing (N−M) bits from beginning of the interleaved bit sequence.

The devices add d first CRC bits on the first interleaved sequence to obtain a second bit sequence, interleave on the second bit sequence according to an interleave pattern to obtain a second interleaved sequence, and polar encode the second interleaved sequence to obtain the encoded sequence.
