Abstract: Embodiments of the application provide a method for rate matching in a wireless communication network. A device obtains K information bits and a target code length M of a polar code, determines, according to a minimum value of a set of values, a mother code length N, polar encodes the K information bits to obtain an encoded sequence of N bits, obtains a target sequence of M bits from the N bit encoded sequence, and outputs the M-bit target sequence.

Abstract: This application provides an information indication method and apparatus for a non-terrestrial communication network. The method extends indication of BWP identifiers on a premise of compatibility with indication based on conventional downlink control information DCI.

Abstract: A communication method and a communication apparatus are provided. The method includes: A first device receives first information, determines a target TR pattern based on the first information, and sends information or demodulates received information based on the target TR pattern, where the target TR pattern is a sub-pattern of a longest TR pattern, and the longest TR pattern includes a set of sub-carriers used as reserved tones. The longest TR pattern may include a plurality of TR sub-patterns of different lengths. For example, a first TR pattern of a first length is a sub-pattern of the longest TR pattern, and a second TR pattern of a second length is also a subset of the longest TR pattern. The TR sub-patterns of different lengths may correspond to different carrier bandwidths or quantities of RBs.

One example uplink power control method includes receiving, by a terminal device, uplink power control information, wherein the uplink power control information comprises power adjustment information, and the power adjustment information is used to compensate for a power deviation caused by a transmission delay of a satellite communication link. The terminal device can then determine uplink transmit power based on the uplink power control information. An uplink signal can then be sent based on the uplink transmit power.

Abstract: This application provides a model training method and a related apparatus. In the method, a second communication apparatus receives a first neural network parameter of a first communication apparatus, and sends first indication information to the first communication apparatus when a correlation coefficient between the first neural network parameter and a second neural network parameter of the second communication apparatus is less than a first threshold. Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to the field of communication technologies, and provide a timing offset parameter update method, a device, and a system, to help reduce signaling overheads when a terminal device updates a value of a timing offset parameter. The method includes: A terminal device obtains a timing advance adjustment variation corresponding to the terminal device, where the timing advance adjustment variation is a difference between a timing advance adjustment amount currently used by the terminal device and a timing advance adjustment amount used at a previous moment. The terminal device determines whether an absolute value of the timing advance adjustment variation is greater than or equal to a first threshold. If the absolute value is greater than or equal to the first threshold, the terminal device sends, to a network device, first indication information used to indicate an update regularity of a timing offset parameter.
