Abstract: A display panel and a display screen are provided in the disclosure. The display panel includes a transmission unit and a display unit electrically coupled with the transmission unit. The transmission unit is configured to transmit a driving signal to the display unit. The transmission unit includes a first wiring layer, a second wiring layer, and a dielectric layer. The dielectric layer is located between the first wiring layer and the second wiring layer. The first wiring layer is provided with first wires. The second wiring layer is provided with second wires. The first wires have first parts. Projections of the first parts on the dielectric layer overlap projections of the second wires on the dielectric layer. The first wires are electrically coupled with the display unit via the second wires. The first parts define at least one first space.

Abstract: A semiconductor structure including vertically stacked nFETs and pFETs containing suspended semiconductor channel material nanosheets (NS) and a method of forming such a structure. The structure is a three dimensional (3D) integration by vertically stacking nFETs and pFETs for area scaling. In an embodiment, vertically-stacked NS FET structures include a first nanosheet transistor located above a second nanosheet transistor; the first nanosheet transistor including a first NS channel material, wherein the first NS channel material includes a first crystalline orientation; the second nanosheet transistor including a second NS channel material, wherein the second NS channel material comprises a second crystalline orientation, the first crystalline orientation is different from the second crystalline orientation. In an embodiment, each of the respective formed vertically-stacked NS FET structures include respective suspended stack of nanosheet channels that are self-aligned with each other.

Abstract: A system and a method for spatial positioning of magnetometers. Said system includes: magnetometers, a magnetometer support, first positioning markers, a photogrammetry system, and a controller. The first positioning markers are a non-rotationally-symmetrical pattern. The photogrammetry system includes photographing devices configured to photograph, at at least two of a plurality of photographing sites, first image data of the first positioning markers by means of one or more photographing devices. The controller is configured to receive data of the first image photographed by the photographing devices, calculate spatial positions of the first positioning markers on the basis of pre-obtained system parameters and the first image data, and then calculate spatial positions and spatial orientations of the magnetometers.

Abstract: An image recording device is provided, having a recording unit configured to record an image on a sheet, and a tray disposed below the recording unit. The tray includes a sheet holding surface configured to hold the sheet. Additionally, the image recording device includes a sheet feeder disposed between the recording unit and the tray. The sheet feeder includes a roller for feeding the sheet from the tray. The roller is configured to move between a first roller position in which the roller contacts the sheet holding surface of the tray and a second roller position in which the roller is separated from the sheet holding surface. A return guide, disposed between the recording unit and the sheet feeder, defines a second conveying path to guide the sheet having an image recorded on one side thereof back to the feed guide. The return guide has a first opening configured to accommodate the roller of the sheet feeder when the roller is in the second roller position.
