Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a radio frame transmission method and a wireless network device. The method includes: receiving PRACH trigger information that is carried in a first transmission subframe in a first radio frame and that is sent by a first wireless network device; and sending, to the first wireless network device in response to the PRACH trigger information, a preamble sequence carried in a second transmission subframe in a second radio frame, where there is a preset first mapping relationship between a subframe number of the first transmission subframe and a subframe number of the second transmission subframe, and a structure of a transmission subframe in the first radio frame is different from a structure of a transmission subframe in the second radio frame.

Abstract: A method for reporting UE capability information includes: obtaining, by user equipment (UE), UE capability information of the UE; when the size of the UE capability information exceeds the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer of the UE, splitting the UE capability information into at least two pieces of UE capability information, where each piece does not exceed the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer; and reporting at least one piece of the at least two pieces of UE capability information to a network side device. According to this method, the UE capability information is split on a UE side, and reported to the network side device for a plurality of times, so as to avoid an error caused when the UE capability information exceeds the maximum tolerance that can be processed by the PDCP layer, and ensure normal operating of a UE capability information reporting process.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an apparatus and a method for determining a transmission direction of a secondary carrier. A reference carrier of a first secondary carrier is obtained according to network configuration information, and a transmission direction of a subframe on the first secondary carrier is determined according to a transmission direction of a subframe on the reference carrier, so that data transmission directions of the reference carrier and the first secondary carrier are the same at a same moment. A transmission direction of data of the subframes on the first secondary carrier transmitted in a frequency band adjacent to a frequency band of the reference carrier is determined by using the reference carrier, thereby avoiding interference occurring when the adjacent frequency bands simultaneously transmit data of different directions.
