    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Wireless communications systems may employ one or more scheduling constraints to support efficient utilization of techniques for intra-device handling of overlapping scheduled uplink transmissions (e.g., intra-device dynamic resource cancelation and multiplexing) as well as inter-device handling of overlapping scheduled uplink transmissions (e.g., inter-device dynamic resource cancelation and multiplexing). Scheduling constraints may define how a device may apply intra-device and inter-device multiplexing and cancelation rules for various scenarios. For example, a device may apply intra-UE cancelation rules before inter-device cancelation rules. In some examples, later-received grants or uplink preemption indications (ULPIs) may not change a device's previously established decision to drop an uplink transmission. As another example, a device may not expect to receive a grant for an uplink transmission that would arise in subsequent cancelation of that uplink transmission due to a previously-received grant or previously-received ULPI.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may accumulate a number of hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) bits as a result of one or more resource conflicts and may store the number of HARQ bits for a later transmission opportunity. The UE may transmit a scheduling request that requests resources for a transmission of the number of HARQ bits that are stored at the UE as a result of the number of HARQ bits satisfying a triggering condition. For example, the UE may transmit the scheduling request if a quantity of the number of HARQ bits satisfies a threshold quantity. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may transmit the scheduling request if the number of HARQ bits include triggering content. For example, the UE may transmit the scheduling request if any HARQ bit stored at the UE conveys a negative acknowledgement (NACK).

    Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for per-panel PTRS density for panels/sets of antennas of UEs are described. An apparatus is configured to transmit information associated with a PTRS density for each panel of a set of panels associated with the UE; receive, from a network entity, a configuration associated with the PTRS density for each panel of the set of panels; and communicate, based on the configuration, downlink data via a PDSCH or uplink data via a PUSCH based on the PTRS density for one panel in the set of panels, where the PTRS density for the one panel of the set of panels is based on at least one of a MCS or a number of scheduled RBs associated with a PDSCH reception or PUSCH transmission through the one panel. Another apparatus is configured to receive the information, generate and transmit the configuration, and also to communicate via the PDSCH/PUSCH.
