Abstract: A metal mask includes a mask body part and two connecting parts disposed at opposite sides of the mask body part. Each of the connecting parts includes a body portion and a single-stage step portion. A side of the body portion is connected to the mask body part, and an opposite side of the body portion is connected to the single-stage step portion. A thickness of the single-stage step portion is smaller than a thickness of the body portion.

A method for preparing an array substrate comprises: fixing a base substrate to an evaporation stage; attaching a shielding sheet to the base substrate to cover at least a preset area of the base substrate; arranging and aligning an open mask in association with the base substrate; and evaporating to form a evaporation material layer on the base substrate, to which the shielding sheet is attached, with the open mask.

Abstract: A transfer printing method and a transfer printing apparatus. The transfer method includes: transferring a plurality of devices formed on an original substrate to a transfer substrate obtaining first position information of positions of the plurality of devices on the transfer substrate; obtaining second position information of corresponding positions, on a target substrate, of devices to be transferred; comparing the first position information with the second position information to obtain first target position information recording a first transfer position; and aligning the transfer substrate with the target substrate and performing a site-designated laser irradiation on at least part of devices on the transfer substrate corresponding to the first transfer position, simultaneously, according to the first target position information, so as to transfer the at least part of the devices from the transfer substrate to the target substrate.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a shift register unit and a method for driving the same, a gate driving circuit and a method for driving the same, and a display apparatus. The discharging sub-circuit is configured to transmit a first constant voltage signal at a first constant voltage signal terminal to an output signal terminal under control of the voltage at the second node. The output sub-circuit is configured to transmit a second clock signal at a second clock signal terminal to the output signal terminal under control of the voltage at the first node.

Abstract: Provided are a packaging device and a display panel packaging method. The device includes: a guide line, a container for containing a package adhesive, a rotary worktable for placing a to-be-packaged device and a winding device for driving the guide line to move. The guide line is mounted on the winding device, and part of the guide line is immerged into the package adhesive so the guide line adhered by the package adhesive passes through the rotary worktable when moving. The to-be-packaged display device is disposed on rotary worktable, thus the guide line contacts with the frit. When the rotary worktable rotates, the guide line moves and passes through the container containing package adhesive. When part of the guide line adhered by package adhesive passes through the rotary worktable, the package adhesive is coated on the frit, thereby achieving uniform coating of the package adhesive under surface tension of frit.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an array substrate, a method for fabricating the same, a display panel, and a display device. The array substrate includes an active layer on a substrate, the active layer including a channel region, source/drain regions and a lightly doped drain region, a gate electrode and a first electrode on the active layer, and a gate electrode and the first electrode a first insulating layer, a barrier and a second electrode on the first insulating layer. A projection of the second electrode on the substrate at least partially overlaps that of the first electrode. A projection of the barrier on the substrate covers that of the lightly doped drain region on the substrate. The projection of the barrier on the substrate does not overlap that of the source/drain regions. The barrier and the second electrode are in the same layer.
