Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a payload for inclusion in an uplink transmission. The UE may organize the payload into a code block group (CBG) that includes one or more code blocks (CB). The UE may map each CB of the CBG to a corresponding uplink shared channel resource unit (e.g., a physical uplink shared channel resource unit) of an uplink transmission occasion of the first UE. The uplink transmission occasion may also be shared with one or more additional UEs such that the CBG of the first UE is multiplexed with additional CBGs from the additional UEs. The UE may transmit, to a base station, the uplink transmission including each uplink shared channel resource unit on which the CBG is organized.

Abstract: Techniques and apparatus for determining a transport block (TB) configuration and hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) acknowledgment (ACK)/negative acknowledgment (NACK) configuration for full duplex (FD) UE(s) are described. One technique involves receiving channel state information (CSI) report(s) from a UE operating in FD mode. At least one of a TB configuration or feedback type for a communication slot is determined based on the CSI report(s). The communication slot can include half duplex (HD) symbol(s) and FD symbol(s). An indication of at least one of the TB configuration or the feedback type is signaled to the UE. Another technique involves receiving, from a base station (BS), downlink data transmission(s) across a slot(s). A type of duplexing mode associated with each of the slot(s) is determined. The downlink data transmission(s) are acknowledged, based at least in part on the type of duplexing mode associated with each of the slot(s).

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to perform dual uplink transmissions on two different operating bands of a carrier aggregation configuration. The UE may communicate on a primary cell associated with a primary component carrier and a secondary cell associated with a secondary component carrier. The UE may generate uplink control information (UCI) for the secondary cell, which is mapped to an uplink shared transmission of the primary cell. In some cases, however, the UE may identify that uplink transmission switching is to occur prior to the transmission of the UCI, such that UE may not map the UCI to the uplink shared transmission of the primary cell. Accordingly, the UE may modify a cell mapping for the transmission of the UCI based on the identified uplink transmission switching.

Abstract: Systems and techniques are provided for wireless communications. For example, an apparatus (e.g., a user equipment (UE)) may receive a downlink transmission in a first downlink time slot and receiving an update to a scheduling offset associated with a propagation time delay of communications between the apparatus and a network entity. The update indicates an updated scheduling offset. The apparatus may determine a selected scheduling offset as one of the scheduling offset or the updated scheduling offset. The apparatus may transmit, using a second uplink time slot, an uplink transmission associated with the downlink transmission. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for slot aggregation in new radio (NR) systems. A method of wireless communication by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving radio resource control (RRC) signaling providing a semi-static configuration for transmission and/or reception of a repeated transport block (TB) and/or a different TB in each of a plurality of aggregated slots. The UE transmits or receives the TBs in the plurality of aggregated slots based on the semi-static configuration. Another method is provided in which the UE transmits and/or receives a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) in each of a plurality of aggregated slots, each DMRS associated with a repeated TB or a different TB in the slot. The UE determines, based on received signaling, whether the DMRS use a same precoder or a different precoder and modulates and/or demodulates the TBs in the plurality of aggregated slots based on the determination.

A source user equipment (UE) may transmit, to a relay UE, information identifying that the relay UE is one of a plurality of relay UEs selected for cooperative relaying of a communication from the source UE to a destination UE. The plurality of relay UEs may be selected based at least in part on a degree of correlation of the channel between the source UE and the relay UE with at least one other channel of the plurality of channels.
