    Abstract: A thin film transistor array substrate and a display apparatus are disclosed. The thin film transistor array substrate includes a number of scan lines, data lines and pixel units. Each of the pixel units includes a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode. The thin film transistor includes a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The gate electrode is electrically connected to one of the scan lines, the source electrode is electrically connected to one of the data lines, and the drain electrode is electrically connected to the pixel electrode. The source electrode is arranged in a same layer as the data lines while the drain electrode and the source electrode are respectively arranged in different layers. Therefore, the implementation of the present disclosure may augment the PPI (Pixel units per Inch) of display apparatus without reducing its aperture ratio and product yield ratio.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for manufacturing a backlight source. The method for manufacturing a backlight source according to the present invention forms a plurality of tin soldering pattern groups on a substrate. Each tin soldering pattern group includes tin soldering patterns spaced from one another, and the tin soldering patterns are in a closed ring shape. The Mini-LEDs are disposed on the tin soldering pattern groups respectively. The substrate is placed in the space having a varying magnetic field. The circuit of the tin soldering patterns in the tin soldering pattern groups generates the induced current for rapid heating and melting, to solder the Mini-LEDs on the substrate. The soldering speed is improved, the process efficiency is high, the process cost is low, and the light effect of the backlight source is effectively ensured.

    Abstract: A touch display panel includes touch detection electrodes and fingerprint recognition electrodes that share a common electrode layer. The pixel electrodes function as a drive pixel layer to induce capacitive coupling with respect to the fingerprint recognition electrodes, based on which operations of displaying, touch detection, and fingerprint recognition are carried out in a time sharing manner. The touch display panel requires no integration of separately made fingerprint recognition device and a touch display panel, and fingerprint detection can be realized with an existing layered structure of the touch display panel to thereby effectively save the manufacturing cost of the touch display device and achieve an effect of integrating a fingerprint recognition device and a touch display panel. A touch display device that includes the touch display panel is also provided.

    Abstract: Involved is the technical field of a stirring device, specifically a stirring device for treatment of photoresist settlement and a photoresist tank. The stirring device includes a sleeve shaft, an inner telescopic shaft, a stirring component, and a rotary rod, wherein, the rotary rod is mounted on an upper end of the sleeve shaft for driving the sleeve shaft to rotate; the stirring component is arranged on a lower end of the sleeve shaft and rotates with the sleeve shaft; and the inner telescopic shaft is arranged inside of the sleeve shaft and connected to the stirring component for controlling opening and closing of the stirring component. Stirring plates approach a bottom portion of the photoresist tank, at which moment manual control is adopted to control stirring of the stirring device upward from the bottom gradually, so as to achieve the objective of homogeneous component of the photoresist. The photoresist is stirred to be more homogeneous. A lot of manpower and material resources are saved. The stirring device enables high stirring speed and high safeness.

    Abstract: A vapor deposition structure of a display panel includes a display panel, a plurality of magnets distributed on one side of the display panel, a mask disposed on another side of the display panel, a plurality of support columns supported between the mask and the display panel, and a vapor deposition source having a vapor deposition side facing the mask. Each of the support columns corresponds to one of the magnets. In the vapor deposition structure of the display panel, by adding the support columns in corresponding regions of the mask and the magnets, a deformation issue caused by an uneven distribution of an adsorption force generated by the magnets is effectively prevented. This ensures a uniform thickness of each light emitting layer structure after vapor deposition, which reduces a defect rate displayed on the display panel.
