Abstract: A display panel includes a substrate, a first electrode layer disposed on the substrate, and a light-emitting definition layer disposed on a side of the first electrode layer away from the substrate. The first electrode layer includes first electrode blocks and second electrode blocks. An area of a first electrode block is greater than an area of a second electrode block. The first electrode blocks are arranged in an array of rows and columns. Each second electrode block is located between four adjacent first electrode blocks arranged in two rows and two columns. The light-emitting definition layer has first light-transmitting holes. At least a part of each first electrode block is exposed by a first light-transmitting hole, and at least a part of each second electrode block is exposed by a first light-transmitting hole. At least part of a boundary of at least one first light-transmitting hole is curved.

Abstract: The present application provides a touch substrate, a design structure of a touch electrode layer, a display panel, and a display device. The design structure of the touch electrode layer includes connecting portions and conducting wires. The connecting portions and the conducting wires form a plurality of meshes. One connecting portion is connected with four conducting wires. In conducting wires connected with a same connecting portion, at least one side edge of an end portion of at least one conducting wire connected with the connecting portion is provided with a depression, and a bottom edge of the depression joins an edge of the connecting portion. The touch electrode layer is prepared according to the design structure. The display panel includes the touch electrode layer. The display device includes the display panel.

Abstract: A touch layer includes an effective touch structure and an insulating layer. The effective touch structure includes first touch bars extending substantially in a same direction, and second touch bars extending substantially in a same direction. The first touch bars cross the second touch bars and are insulated from the second touch bars; the first touch bars are divided into first touch groups, and at least two first touch bars included in a first touch group are electrically connected to each other; and the second touch bars are divided into second touch groups, and at least two second touch bars included in a second touch group are electrically connected to each other. The insulating layer is provided between the first touch bars and the second touch bars, and in areas where the first touch bars overlap the second touch bars.

Abstract: A manufacturing method for a micro light-emitting diode (LED) display panel includes: providing a base substrate carrying a plurality of LED dies, each LED die including a first semiconductor layer, a light-emitting material layer, a second semiconductor layer and a first conductive layer, the first semiconductor layer being bonded with the base substrate through a sacrificial layer, a material of the sacrificial layer being decomposable under laser irradiation; providing a backplane having a plurality of bonding structures; bonding at least some LED dies of the plurality of LED dies to at least some of the plurality of bonding structures through respective first conductive layers; and peeling each of the at least some LED dies from the base substrate through laser lift-off.
