    Abstract: In certain aspects, the disclosure is directed to a user equipment (UE) configured to provide a report of interference (e.g., cross-link interference) between the UE and another UE when receiving a downlink transmission from a full duplex base station. In some examples, the UE may obtain, from the base station, a first channel measurement resource (CMR) via a first beam over a first subband, and a second CMR via a second beam over a second subband. In some examples, the UE may obtain, from another UE, a first interference management resource (IMR) via the first subband, and a second IMR via the second subband. Based on the CMR and IMR, the UE may generate a report indicating detected interference.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless device may identify a resource for wireless communication, the resource being in a first state where the resource is active for wireless communication and is inactive for a communication failure recovery procedure. The wireless device may determine that a communication failure has occurred during a first communication period. In some cases, one or more techniques for confirming the communication failure may be used to verify the failure. The wireless device may transition during a second communication period and based at least in part on the communication failure, the resource to a second state where the resource is inactive for wireless communication and is active for the communication failure recovery procedure. The wireless device may perform the communication failure recovery procedure using the resource transitioned to the second state.

    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a central network entity may transmit, to a network node associated with a mobility condition, a configuration of a set of transmission windows, for a set of neighbor network nodes, associated with discovery or inter-node interference measurement, wherein the set of neighbor network nodes is selected based at least in part on the mobility condition. The central network entity may receive, from the network node, an indication of one or more discovered neighbor network nodes of the set of neighbor network nodes. The central network entity may communicate based at least in part on the indication of the one or more discovered neighbor network nodes. Numerous other aspects are described.
